What would you propose that we do, put them on the honor system and assume that they will return? Unless it is an extremely violent crime there is a bond set and the suspected individual has the opportunity to be free before trial.
Did you stop to think what it would be like if all those incarcerated where free, how safe would you feel.

Because realistically if you're charged with a serious crime the cops can't depend on the honor system for you to show up in court. You either have to make bail, which is a financial incentive for you to appear, or you are remanded if you are seen as a flight risk.

so as that they do no longer escape or flee the country. you are able to sue in case you have been proved harmless. and that i heard you additionally could make tens of millions of greenbacks for fake imprisonment. there's a distinction between penal complex and detention center. penal complex is a place you're saved looking forward to for a tribulation or sentencing etc. a penal complex is the region the place you carry out your sentence.

Because if we let all whom we suspect of criminal activity, including violent criminals, and use the honor system and let them present themselves for court date, or have the police pick then up when the court date is scheduled, then 99% of criminal would not show up, and they at the same will will be continuing their criminal ways while free. Is this acceptable to you?
