SUBPOENA DUCES TECUM .............

A command to a witness to produce documents.

A writ or process of the same kind as the subpoena ad testificandum, including a clause requiring the witness to bring with him and produce to the court, books, papers, etc., in his hands, tending to elucidate the matter in issue.

I believe you spelled it wrong isn't it SUBPOENA DUCES TECUM?
That means "A writ or process of the same kind as the subpoena ad testificandum, including a clause requiring the witness to bring with him and produce to the court, books, papers, etc., in his hands, tending to elucidate the matter in issue". The warrant will clearly state the charge in English not Latin. I will be glad to provide any assistance that I can. What State are you located? God Bless you both and the Southern People.

"Subpoena duces tecum" from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

A subpoena duces tecum (Latin for "bring with you under penalty of punishment") is a court summons to appear and produce tangible evidence for use at a hearing or trial.

In law a subpoena (literally "under punishment") is a court order requiring a person's appearance, also (in some jurisdictions) called a summons. A subpoena duces tecum is a specific form of subpoena requiring that a person bring certain documents or other evidence to the court.

Subpoena Duces Tecum is a command to produce documents subject to a discovery request. It is not something you are charged with.

Has all of this Latin reduced our crime rate? How about some plain freakin' English that you don't have to be a legal analyst to understand.
