Term too vague. For specific offenses: Rape and Molestation, then yes.

Castration is not removal of the sexual organ, just the sexual glands and has been proven to be very effective at subduing these types.

Question: Does a 15 year old boy who consentually diddles his 16 year old g/f belong on that list for LIFE? If so, then why doesn't the girl belong too?

Sexual Offenders need more than castration or their sexual organs removed. These people are the lowest form of scum to ever walk this earth. To take the innocent of youth is the most discusting thing ever. These people can never be helped and the only way to solve the problem is to execute them immediatley. I know most dont agree with my statement but that is the only way that the innocent children of our world can be saved from these cowards that prey on them. It is really a sad thing when you see these young children that have had so much ahead of them in life taken from them because a sick individual chooses to prey on them. The survival of every generation are the children. For the children to make the world a better place these people must be stopped. A few weeks ago a offender was tattooed in prison on his forehead it Read "Katies Revenge" To me that is a good tactic. Tattoo these animals so that you and I and the children see who these animals are. Something more in the open so everyone knows that they are what they are. These people do not have a right to exhist and should be dealt with. It may sound harsh but I believe in a n eye for an eye and you know what these people need to be stopped and our government is not doing enough to stop it. In California the liberal congressman voted down tracking devices for these animals. It was a complete failure by the state government a government that preaches everyday they protect us.

YES! but then again I am a huge fan of castration. Everytime someone pisses me off, i say to them "I will CASTRATE you!" it usually stops men dead in their tracks..women...usually don't think that they can be castrated! *i know other wise* so the answer is yes....(no i probably will not ACTUALLY do that to someone...unless it was in the situation of rape or something..but if castration [which is technically cruel and unusual punishment] is used....who in the hell will actually perform this to everyone that has been convicted of rape? me?!?!) lol

Did you know if a guy pees on a tree in a park, he can be a sex offender?

I think the complete loss of their sexual organ should be used followed by 20 year minimum, zero parole incarceration.

Not everyone on that list raped or molested anybody. Keep buying into that media hysteria about boogeymen on every corner.

Maybe. Not all sexual offenses are sexually motivated. Some are power and control motivated. So if you take someones johnson that won't necessarily make him stop.
