As a matter of practice these are not allowed in the courts, and at best the artist are allowed to draw a caricature like scene of the court. Is there any legal rule, precedent or practice to enforce such a rule.

This former employee lives in New Jersey, will it even be worth it to call the police and spend time and money for something I probably won't get back? The amount is approximately $2700 - what should I do or what can I do legally?

Someone I know drove a couple friends closeby to a scene where they ended up stealing government vehicles. He never had knowlege of the crime, never pulled into the parking lot in which the vehicles were stolen, and is a person who is very vulnerable and easily influenced. They are trying to charge him with Conspiracy (which is the aiding and abbeting/planning) of theft of unauthorized taking. He has a probable cause hearing coming up what do you think is going to happen???????

My house just got teepeed last night. The second time in less than a week and the 20 somethingth time in 4 years. I got a glimpse of the teepeers last night and they left their packaging behind. I plan on using the packaging to find them.
I want to press charges. My question is, what can they be charged with and what kind of a punishment will they receive?
They threw a total of 24 rolls of toliet paper all over my trees and all over my front lawn. They ran and got into their cars after they saw me looking out the window at them.

Just wondering after watching The Green Mile. I have come up with a shortlist:

hang, drawn and quartered.
radiation poisioning.
death by being pushed from a very tall building (gives the criminal time to be scared of his impending doom).
being boiled alive in a specially modified sunbed.

Believe it or not, there are many men and women in prisions all over the USA that were either wrongfully accussed and sentenced or just didn't have enough money to obtain a good lawyer to fight for them in court. Either way, even if they did commit a crime, why do you think its right to take away their rights as to what religion to follow? If they are in prision don;t you think they are being punished and are trying to find themselves and some how redeem themselves inside and out so that when they finish serving their time they will be able to function as a normal law abiding citzen in the real world? Think if it were you, or one of your family members or close friends. Think with your heart and your mind, as well as common well being for individuals that deserve another chance in a world where some believe you knowingly live once.

Now we both know this is a violation of civil rights, and freedom of speech and religion. For the ignorant, not all Muslims are terrorists, a true Muslim doesn't believe in harming anyone. What actions can I do to get the attention of someone in power that actually would care?

Thank you!

So tonight I'm talking with my fiancé on the phone..(we live in different countries)..all of a sudden the phone is hung up..(he's on his cell)..I call back 3 times and don't get an answer. Hours after, I get a call from him..He's been arrested for possession. Now he used to be addicted to drugs, he's been clean for couple years now. I say to him...wtf, you had drugs on you? (he knows drugs are my deal breaker) He says, no, he didn't have anything, they planted them. Knowing what he is addicted to, I asked him what kind of drugs he was charged with...he says he doesn't know yet..IF this was true and he was just talking with me on the phone…would they have gone after him?..He didn’t sound pissed off or anything….does this sound funny to anyone else or is it just my suspicious mind at work? I’m not sure with the way of things in the States, which is why I’m asking on here. One more thing..he said he'd be locked up for a week or two..is THAT normal for there?.seems a bit extensive to me?

The city is evil or something, like Sodom and Gomorrah in the Bible. They just get settled, and they go right back to crime and killing. Maybe God flooded it intentionally. I'm not really religious, but you must admit the irony of one of the nastiest cities in the US getting flooded like that. Why is the murder rate going up, up, and away? I'll totally crack up if it gets flooded again!

Why do they cowardly hide under the guise of claiming it is under the purvue of the civil courts when it is clearly stated that it is a criminal offense and punishable as a class A misdemeanor. If cops simply did their jobs a lot of crimes, serious crimes could be avoided. Between 1999 and 2003 over 2000 crimes varying from class A misdemeanors and felonies were committed by our friendly cops. Cops have arrogant us against the world attitudes that cause situations to escalate not the other way around. They break the law surmising they are above the very law they are sworn to enforce. I know dozens of these people due to a close relative being one, I've been to their raucous parties as a family guest and seen the nonsense that goes on. 90% of them in my experience have acted either feloniously or committed misdemeanors in front of my eyes. Why? And please no rationalization.

todays news said that about 100,000 katrina victims moved to houston after the floods. 80,000 remain. Last month 25% of murders were done by katrina victims or somehow involved. Why is this? Is the same death rates as illegals?
