3500? id start with a baseball bat, then move on to putting a bag of sugar down his petrol/diesel tank, onle he starts driving, as taxi's usualy do, the sugar will pass through his whole fuel system, then when he stops it will crystalize, cost him a few bob, then u tell him indirectly that if he deosnt want to be out a few grand every week and off the road to pay uo the 3500, dont flat out admit it though, that will take the fun out of what u are doing, good luck, ohhh the potateo trick is a good 1, up the exhaust? big bang !!!

u can ask a solicitor to write to him and inform him that u are going to seize all his assets if he doesn't pay up u can also get all his bank accounts frozen, i won a case in court not so long ago with a very big finance company, they were given a certain amount of time by the courts to pay up, but they hadn't done it on time, so i phoned them up and informed them that the bailiffs would be along the next day and seize all assets and freeze all their accounts this worked i had my money the very next morning, u can actually take this mans taxi from him and home, even for a small amount, mine was just £467 but i still had the right to do it, go to a good solicitor that deals in debt cases they will help u, or the C.A.B, hope this helps, good luck.

debts can be wiped out after six years, this is due to the Data Protection Act.

If this man does not have anything to do with this debt for six years then legally there is nothing more you can do.

When I say that for six years he has to of had nothing to do with the debt. If he went to court then he has announced that he knows about the debt and the correspondence is getting to him so the six years starts all over again.

i think you should wipe this clear on account that its obviously getting you down, i recently had over a grand stolen from me by a so called mate and trusted babysitter, although the police go got their fingerprints it seems they cant touch her, ouch, i was upset about this for days but realised i had to accept that i was never gonna see that money again so i try to forget it.

At the end of the day, your MATE is no longer your MATE because of this and im sure he,s more gutted to lose you than you are in losing a lot of money

your the good guy in this so dont let it get you down, forget it, move on, and trust nobody but yourself

hope this helps

You can get him. take him back to court using all of these as examples and the court can order a detatchment of earnings be put on him to get the money from him. He could probably face a criminal charge for contempt of court. Not to mention that with these CCJ's, its going to be hard enough for him to get credit from now on anyway, but with a detatchment order, christ hes on his own financially!!
