i think running from the cops is a felony anywhere! As for the reckless driving...if u were driving like that gettin away from cops proly a felony, reckless driving in general..not sure but maybe it depends on if u were drunk or not!
I drove recklessly messin with my radio didnt wreck into anyone or anything, but I did get a ticket for it!!

evading is a felony anywhere, to my knowledge. And I believe if reckless driving is done during the evading it too can be tagged as a felony. But hey give it a shot, you never know I could be wrong!
