It's really a simple process.
1. Go to Texas.
2. Rob and expensive jewelry store, punch a police officer in the face, murder someone, etc.
3. Get caught.
4. Go to Texas correctinal facility.
5. Find inmate.

List of inmates in the facility. It is usually not given online, so youm have to check it personally with the records custodian.

I'd call the Texas DOC headquarters office. On a computer, they can look up by the offender's name and birthdate--or any other info you can provide. From there, best they can offer is his DOC number and what facility he's in and that prison's address.
