There's been a gang of robbers around where I live. They look at names in a phone book (they only steal from people of my ethnicity) and then go rob the house. Do you think these robbers would call our house first?

Whenever I see the Americans on TV that gather outside prisons, (particularly it seems in Florida) w. placards and in a state of agitated excitement for an imminent execution I can't help thinking that many of them seem to behave as if they are jealous of the killer. They often look as though they would love to be able to do what he did but are missing the last piece of pathological psychology to do it themselves. Have there been any studies w. findings and conclusions on the people who go out of their way to attend these executions?

Officer pulls me over on suspicion of speeding, while Im having a cigarette. I toss cigarette out of window, while he is in his vehicle reviewing stuff... He comes back and charges me with littering ($110). And tells me he didnt have me on radar and didnt give me any speeding ticket. I get out of my car and pick up the cigarette and put it in a waste bag in my car. I show him that I picked it up.
Can the charge still stand?

lafayette's police chief has been indicted for wiretapping, opelousas' police chief has been indicted for the misuse of fedearl funding and of refusing to answer disturbance calls because the sheriff dept, not the city won a big security contract for a one night concert, carencro's police chief beat up his wife, scott's police chief got a sexual harassment charge of one of his employees, WHATS WRONG WITH LAW ENFORCEMENT IN LOUISIANA!! and also on top of that there are police officers who never been to the academy yet who are out there and also i remember one officer, in a rural town near my city, who was illiterate! he had to call other police officers to write the ticket for him!
