2 counts of felony breaking and entering and grand larceny. my stepdad got arrested yesterday for this.....

Minimum/Maximum sentences vary from state to state. Any prior offenses are also taken into account at sentence time. Your step-father is likely looking at anywhere from 3-5 years (max).

1st degree felonies, each punishable with a sentence of 5 years to 99 yrs. Any combination of these sentence lengths. They can be ordered to run concurrenty or consecutively. Priors will help determine the sentence length. This all from Texas law.

If you live in Nova Scotia, probably not long!!! My husband's friend was murdered a few years ago, and the murderers did 3 years!!!!!! DISGUSTING.

depends where if your in Detroit just for a while if at all . house arrest for at least 6 months. they just dont have room

about 4 lifetimes i dont know the american justice system is fecked so i dunno probibilly less than he would get for Rape and tripple homiside
