i would fall out of a plane barely missing the engines, see a parachute grab it but miss my mark and instead hit myself in the head then go to comfort my bruise poke myself in the eye look up (or down however you see it) watch the ground coming up fast but get a hair cut from helicopter blades, hit the ground bounce land on my feet jump up for joy at being alive then walk away and trip and break my neck. i can see the headlines now!

I don't think I'd pick any form that has to do with Law Enforcement & Police, realy! Were you thinking of capital punishment when you chose to put this question in this category? I'd prefer to go while sleeping peacefully in the arms of one who loves me.
