day the officer returned to my home and questioned my friend if her dad was staying there and basiclly made her uncortable. he is not there and has not been. they are always driving by now and making un feel uncomfortable in our home, i dont want them scared can police get a search warrant just to check if he is there because that will scare my children. or do you think i should file a complaint against him.

I notice while i'm driving some cars have blue head lights while most others have white and like yellowish lights. If I paint my head lights blue is it ilegal in any way. And if it is then why.

I was sitting in traffic today, and there was a police officer in front of me at the light. The left arrow light turned green and he sat there for a long time. I wanted to blow the horn so bad, but didn't know if that would be okay. What do you think?

How many people think that some of the fines and penalties given to people who are caught with small amounts of marijuana are ridiculous. Some of these people are getting longer jail sentences than rapists and other hard criminals. What's funny to me is that about 80 to 90% of the cops, district attorneys, and judges that are doing this have smoked it themselves and if they had been treated the same, they would not be in the positions they are in now.

I got a misdemeanor for criminal damage for accidently knocking over a rim, while I was in a tire and rim store. Now I'm having a hard time getting a job. I have worked for some great companies and have an excellent work experience, but this misdemeanor is killing my chances at getting my life back on track.

Police claim they have found significant quantities of drugs on a black defendant. He claims He has been framed. He does not know where the drugs came from. At trial, it comes out that he has a history of possession. The defendant's lawyer states that there is no evidence linking him to the drugs and that the police are using him as a scapegoat.

As a jury member, would you say the Police have reasonable grounds for believing he is guilty or are they jumping the gun?

The officer said i weaved on the road. I was on my cell phone and i dont believe i was weaving. He ordered me to get out of my car and I do have a bad back i told him. He gave me the numbers test which i passed on the FST and I believed i passed the A B C test but he said I missed P and Q. I told him I didn't have anything to drink nor did i take any drugs. He still wanted me to go through other test even though i have weakness in my left leg and all. This was all done on a hill as well. I told him i would agree to a breathlyzer test and a blood test. He told me to blow but didn't tell me how hard so i blowed and the top came off. I still agreed to take it again anyway. I blew a 0.00 after telling him i didn't want to take any more test that i was tired he still wanted me to take more test. Then they took me to get my blood drawn and it came out 2 weeks later that no alcohol or drugs of any kind that they tested me for was in my system.
