I know there is an appropriate way to dispose of a flag, but my friends and I were debating whether a person would actually be breaking the law by throwing a flag away.

I know of many cops that went around pulling people over and stealing their money and even getting paid off by dope dealers so they wouldn't be busted. i know of one cop that would go to the evidence room and get him some weed or pills when he wanted them. so why are they so dirty like that?

My ? earlier did not cover entire burglary suspicion: can police arrest me for burglary of a building only because I parked my vehicle beside the bldg? I left the premises in another car with a friend and came back to find the police there (they watched me pull up in another vehicle) We told them we met up, parked my truck, and drove around town for 30 minutes and my friend was dropping me back off at my truck. My wallet/ID was inside my truck, they wouldn't let me get it. They saw boltcutters in the back of my truck that I use as an electrician and then accused me of breaking in to the bldg. There was also an 18 wheeler there that just started up and drove off right in front of the officers (it was there the whole time-why was MY truck subject to a search and not the 18 wheeler?) They arrested me for burglary and searched my truck while I was cuffed in car. They found about 5$ worth of meth inside console, under my wallet. Burglary chgs were never "dropped"-or ever mentioned again.

Around midnight, in my usually quiet neighborhood, a woman was obviously in hysterics over her child. She was with relatives outside her house yelling and screaming (incoherently), and my question pertains to when is it appropriate to call the local police and when is it not?

Would this count as a situation where it is appropriate? And in these circumstances, what do the local police ask of the person reporting a situation?

Many thanks.

Can a person be arrested for one charge, burglary, with no proof of entry, and then charged only with drugs found in vehicle? After being arrested for burglary that would be impossible to prove, the police then searched the vehicle and found controlled substance less than 1/4 gram and was only charged with possession with NO OTHER MENTION of the original burglary charge. Can the police make up bogus charges just to gain access or forcibly search one's vehicle?

I am having major problems with heavy ATV use in my INCORPERATED neighborhood. I am also (high-functioning)autistic and have major sensitivy to loud noise. If you have info on acceptable deciBel level vs. unacceptable for an incorperated township, please tell me. Also, if you could tell me the deciBel level of an ATV, this would be helpful as well. Thank you.

Would it be the US president, the queen...or someone like Bin Laden, because we can't find him? The Secret service are trained for years, whereas Bin Ladens protectors are just devout supporters. These are just a few ideas. Does anyone know of someone who has better protection than these examples? Where does the pope get his protection from?

Where I live in Lubbock Texas the police took part in the Falcon II project to capture violent offenders, child preditors, and drug dealers.
Our police saw this as an opportunity to make many arrests, and raided peoples homes, arrested them, then took them to jail, all throughout the night.
They raided 80 homes that night, and they were proud of it too.
However, there was a problem, only three people arrested were violent offenders, child preditors, or drug dealers.
The other 77 homes were raided for civil violations, like unpaid parking tickets, city ordinance violations where the fines had not been paid, and such.
I am accustomed to seeing the gang style tactics used by my local police to carry out the tasks of raiding people's homes.
Where I used to live a raid took place across from my home, and the police did not care about the civilians all around, myself, and grandson encluded..
I am afraid to make this posting, but I really want to know if it is happening anywhere els
