I hope he gets sent back to wherever he came from along with all the other illegals from his family. American citizens have had enough of taking care of your problems. Help your own Country grow.

Well, let's see. He's illegally in the country, and in jail on DUI charges, with a deportation order over his head.
When the DUI charge is cleared, he'll be deported. Pretty simple, really.
Deportation is an administrative procedure with little in the way of appeals. The DUI charge probably seals his fate; it's highly unlikely that an appeal of the deportation order will be successful.
Contact an immigration attorney. You need one -- or more correctly your father does. But I wouldn't get my hopes up.

Unfortunately I don't know much about this matter...best thing to do is get an immigration lawyer...sorry that you are going through this and I hope that everything works out well for you and your family....on another note.... I find it amazing how people can speak the way they do about someone's heritage/nationality...who cares where your from, who cares what color you are, who cares about you religion...we are all the same no matter what.....and btw in case some of you have forgotten...some of these Mexicans that are here do work harder than the American's that are sitting at home collecting welfare cause they are too darn lazy to get a job...no one person has the right to judge another...and if this illegal immigration bothers people so much...why aren't you out complaining to the government instead of doing it in yahoo...

He sounds like some sort of a deviate that probably should be left in the slammer for a long time. The last thing we need is messed-up people running around ruining other people's lives.
The deportation officer did a good job. We need more people like that out nailing these criminals. You are probably better off with him in jail. He seems like nothing but trouble.

Find an immigration attorney in your area via Yahoo! Yellow Pages or findlaw.com. Or contact your local bar association. Bar associations are usually on a state, county, or city level so try doing a Yahoo! search to find your local bar association. Many have an attorney referral service. Also, they would be better equipped to answer your question.

Send him back to where he belongs. We don't need all the damned illegals here. If it's so bad in Mexico or wherever you are from go back and change YOUR country instead of overloading the resources of the USA..

Well, let's see. You are in Florida. I would turn west, cross the Gulf of Mexico and end up back home where you belong anyway.

basically once they're caught it's really expensive to fight it in court.
unless there are urgent medical or humanitarian reasons you may as well just let it alone.
