I need someone who truly knows about this topic. The problem started when my mother noticed that she wasn't recieving any mail. She didn't get her netflix, her bills, or family letters. Eventually she called the post office and they told her that someone had sent a forward mail address request for her mailing adress.

Basically her mail is being forwarded to some other address that she never knew about. all her confidential information and bills are out there with someone else. Things she paid for through mail that she should be recieving is going to someone else.

Should they not ask for i.d. or proof of residece when someone is chainging their mailing address. Anyone could have done it or they could have made a huge mistake. This is truly a problem and i want to know if we could possibly actually have a case.

A state forester once told me that as far as he was aware, the state can't deny a property owner access to a parcel that they own. Is there such a law? If so, does anyone know what it is whether state or federal?

Doesn't it seem to you?...lately more and more people are being killed by guns, like the kid that opened fire at the mall last week and now in Colorado. How can we control this "gun business", who is providing these children these guns?! Who is to blame?! Why have all these shootings done by teenagers that have a history of depression?
Think about it, is antidepressant drugs to blame?
What do you think of this? : http://www.newstarget.com/022330.html (please read!)

My ex has bonded out of jail, I want to know how I can get him put back in jail. He molested my daughter and I am trying to keep her safe from this crazy man. What stipulations are there? If he gets arrested will they consider that a way of breaking his bond and keep him in jail or will he be able to get out? What can I do? He has threatened me and my family?

I am buying a ticket for a concert, but there is a special pre-sale right now and the only way to buy them is to get them from will call at the concert. I am putting them on my dad's credit card, which is under his name, because I am only 16. Can I still put my name as the one to pick up the tickets at will call as long as I have a picture ID and the e-mail reciept...or does the person whose credit card the tickets are on have to pick them up? Thanks!

I am doing "should Euthanasia become legal in the USA" as a debate question and I was wondering if it did, would a doctor have the right to refuce to kill the patient. If so, this would take a huge chunk out of the other teams argument that it shouldn't.

Let's say you were face-to-face with a cold-blooded murderer who if free would continue to kill. You have a choice: secure his life from death at someone's hand, or secure his death to someone else. His life is in your hands so to speak.

If you secure his life, he will likely kill more innocent people. If you secure his death, his death may or may not bear weight on your conscience.

I'd probably go for the second choice because I would be saving lives at the cost of one. It would be difficult to deal with in the future, but I think I could do it.
