Now he says it is fraud. What does she need to do?

Now they are getting divorced and he wants equalization so I assume he is using this as a weight to threaten her. She thinks he is saying fraud but is this so when he even used to have her sign their bill checks too?

Why is the husband saying it's fraud? Are they getting divorced? If the husband told a friend to forge his wife's name on the title then the signature is no good and the wife is not on there. Are you asking what the friend should do about the forgery? I'm confused about who is saying who is being fraudulent and what kind of remedy you want?

Just signing it doesn't mean anything, there must be more to the situation. I would contact an attorney.
