My ex has bonded out of jail, I want to know how I can get him put back in jail. He molested my daughter and I am trying to keep her safe from this crazy man. What stipulations are there? If he gets arrested will they consider that a way of breaking his bond and keep him in jail or will he be able to get out? What can I do? He has threatened me and my family?

I have talked to the DA but apparently there is nothing they can do! This whole situation has been crazy! The worst part is that he still gets supervised visitation with his daughter that he molested!! That is just ridiculous!

Committing a new crime while out on bond is certainly a violation of the terms and conditions of release, so, yes, the police could take him into custody. It is up to the judge to decide whether to keep him there or not. If he is threatening you while out on bond, you need to call the police and file a report. If the charge he is bonded out on was a charge concerning molesting your daughter, contacting you directly or indirectly is definitely a violation of his conditions of release. Call the police asap and report him. I would also call the prosecutor.

Go talk to the police. It is very difficult for them to determine the truth of the matter in family situations,. But if he commits another crime he would be arrested for that crime and the judge would be less likely to set bail a second time. Threaten someone with harm is a crime. You should also talk to the DA about the molestation. I find it unacceptable that a molester is released from jail since it is likely he would molest again.

Call the police, get a restraining order then when he contacts you call the police again. He will be picked up for contempt of court.
