I am buying a ticket for a concert, but there is a special pre-sale right now and the only way to buy them is to get them from will call at the concert. I am putting them on my dad's credit card, which is under his name, because I am only 16. Can I still put my name as the one to pick up the tickets at will call as long as I have a picture ID and the e-mail reciept...or does the person whose credit card the tickets are on have to pick them up? Thanks!

Depends on the rules of the venue and the concert promoter. Some will require that the purchaser be the one that picks up the tickets.

I'd suggest that you go ahead an get the tickets. Then, call the venue and ask them this question. Ask them if there is something in writing that you can receive (be it information on their web site or a letter they can send you) that confirms the policy.

Worst comes to worse, ask your Dad to come with you to pick up the tickets for you. Unless he can't make it that night, this seems like a good way to resolve your problem.

That is a question you should put on the people selling the tickets. You usually can not sign someone for someone else.
