He should already be in jail! You don't say how old he is but if you leave your parents house and you do not have a proper home for your child, there is also a likelihood that your child may be taken away. Of course, we know where your priorities are since you do not ask about that.

He's going to go to jail. Your parents will find out he's 21 and even if they don't if a teacher find out they legally have to tell Child protective services. It's illegal for an adult to have sex with a minor. That's why it's a law. The state will legally press charges against him if they know. I'm sorry I don't know how to be comforting about this for you, but it's a bad situation, I would tell them the truth now and get it over with. It's really gonna come back to get you when they find out you lied to them. EDIT: to the person who said your parents have to press charges to get him in trouble, that is NOT true. My friend is now a single mother because a teacher from her school reported her boyfriend. After the baby was born they did a dna test for proof and he only ended up in jail for 3 months, her parents were also turned into CPS for not reporting it because they were neglecting their child by allowing it to happen. Your best option is to tell your parents, the longer you wait the more angry they will be and if anyone else asks about the father, don't have him sign the birth certificate and don't tell anyone else he is the father.

if you really want to be with him then why don't you two get married, if your parents approve then they can sign and consent your marriage, that way you would avoid any troubles. Do some research about the laws of where you are at. I'm no one to judge you, but let me give this advice as a mother Coral, the actions and decisions that you make will no longer only effect you but also your baby. Think about what kind of life you want to offer your child. Make the best decision you think is best for you and your child and GOOD LUCK TO YOU BOTH

Depends entirely on what state you live in and how old he is.
If there will be criminal charges does not depend on if you live with him or not, it depends on your age, his age and the laws of the state. Since you are only 15, it is likely he is looking at statuary rape charges. The baby is proof of his crime.
The age of consent in Illinois is 17. Depending on his age and his relationship with you before sexual contact (position of authority etc) he is facing a class A misdemeanor or a felony.
I feel very sorry for you that you think it is normal for 15 year old CHILDREN to get pregnant. You must have stellar parents.

Depends on how old he is. If he is legally an adult, then yes he may go to jail. If he is still a juvenile, he might get out of it. You both may actually go to jail, if the proper paperwork is in place. You really should not run with a baby. But I dont know your situation.

If you leave to go where? If you go on the run and you are caught then there is a chance. How old is he? If he is 18 then just lay low until you are 16 and it will be legal.

most likely he will... lo... plus why would you want to leave? issues at home, parents dont know? ummm see my best advise is to tell your parents and face the consequences. if they know then you should know that there are many options like adoption and stuf, PLEASE NO ABORTION... you think that because the baby isnt a baby yet that youre not doing anything bad but you are KILLING A BABY... plz think about it and dont runaway
