In Missouri, the age of consent is 14 if the older person is under 21 and 17 if the older person is 21 or over. http://moraloutrage.net/staticpages/index.php?page=Missouri

People REALLY should read the law before they answer authoritatively.

The age of consent in MO is 17. Wait until she is over 17 years of age to be sure that you comply with the law. There are also other laws pertaining to minors that you should be aware of. Maybe better to wait until she is 18. What is the hurry if you love one another?

You got a month to do it legally. I strongly urge you not to engage in this activity though. If it comes out that you were involved with her after you turned 18 you will be subject to jail time for a sex crime. You will have to register as a sex offender when you get out of jail. Think carefully, I know you'll make the right decision.

Yes. because the law still states that sex with any one under 18 is statutory rape if you are 18 or older. So technically you can get a way with it as long as you are under 18.
