The tape clearly show's guards beating and kicking a 14 year old black child in a Boot Camp" correctional setting" in Florida who is then dragged around the compound like a animal, while other guards and a nurse walk around watching this incident with approval. The child was being assaulted by several of the guards who slam him to the ground, kick him, punch him and bend his arms behind his back with such force, he is screaming in pain crying out for help. How can any person in such a care and control capacity be found innocent of causing the needless death after watching the film of this incident? I have not seen anything along these lines since I was stationed in Germany and visited the former Nazi concentration camp Dachau, where it show's actual footage of the camp confiscated from the Nazi SS during it's duration in a Movie Theater when you first enter, as it is a museum. The Nazi's were kicking and punching victim's, much the same way this 14 year old black child was assaulted!

Do you feel that medical records should be exposed for mental instability if in fact a teen is deemed "mentally unstable" by a doctor or that the Dr. should alert the school to "keep an eye" on any unusual behavior or what? And, how does this relate if the individual is in H.S. and about to turn 18? Any provoking thoughts on these issues? Serious & thoughtful responses please.

Is there a theory for challenging the language of a civil law in a situation where a) the alleged transgressor is clearly and provably a victim of circumstances 110% outside the realm of his control and b) ruling against the alleged transgressor would clearly violate the intent of the law? --Even if he finds himself "pushed" into the language by an outside force?

This clearly does not serve justice, and there must be an arguable theory somewhere. Thanks.

P.S. I suppose an example would be, you're supposedly at fault no matter what if you rear-end someone, but what if you're stopped in traffic on the freeway, and a truck hits YOU in the rear going 100 miles an hour so that you plow into the car in front of you. Letter of the law, vs. spirit of the law. That's what I'm looking for here. (This is *not* a situation such as I just described - it's much less serious.)

The law states that I have the right to defend myself and my property. Yet if a burglar breaks into my house and gets caught (by me) and we scuffle, he gets hurt, I get sued?! Or better still, the burglar breaks into my house, falls or trips on something and gets hurts, he can sue me?! He broke into my domicile, my castle, what the h*ll? How can the law actually protect ME (the victim in both cases) and not victimize me more? Someone please help me understand this!

Ok, well this started months ago, when husband and I moved into this house. 1, We had a 25-30 gallon flood that occured from turning on our dishwasher, that had a broken line in behind the wall. 2, Our ceiling fan leaked every time it rained, and so did several other parts of the roof. 3, rodents in the attic. 4, The power was in their name for the first month and now they think they can vharge us for the balance when we tried to have it put in our names we could not it was in theirs(rental co.) 5, ac unit was 37 years old, and caused HUGE power bills, after we DID get it in our name we were billed for a 20 day eriod and the bill was $520.00, then 6 days in to the new billing cycle we called and found out that we used 1600 killowatts in 6 days!, We had to turn the ac unti off for three weeks for them to fix it. 6,termites they refuse to treat. 7, mold. 8, ac pipes down in attic. There is sooooo much more but do not have the charectors left to explain it all. I need help NOW!!!!!

When we pay taxes it isn't to keeping our infrastructure going because other companies from all around the world have been sold it so they can put toll booths on our roads and make money that way, including in this is selling our interstate highways. Same way with electricity and gas. We pay for our own medical, and there is NO way that education and welfare and fire/law enforcement comes close to taking that amount of money. Still, to get back to my question if the US isn't a Corporation then why is it owned via the private banks?

For example, creationism in schools and gay marriage. Should we ignore the 1st ammendment? Should we ignore the fact that everyone in this country is supposed to have equal rights? Should our country violate the seperation of church and state and cater to a specific religion just because they over power the government? Should the US be a "Christian Country"? If so, why?

I recently found out I was pregnant and I told my boss. However I had to miss some days of work due to morning, noon and night sickness. My boss then fired me because he said I missed too much work and I was only allotted 5 days a year for sick days and I went over that. Is there any legal action that I can take against him for this? And where do I start? Thanks.

Why do the government bringing out and enforcing illegally laws which are in volation of human rights act http://www.un.org/Overview/rights.html

Of which this government is bound by.
They illgealy passed it as the 1998 human rights act and enforced illgeal limitation upon the law of human rights.

All this nonsence about its against the law to smoke in public palces and all these illegal laws they keep passing and old laws made by people who are dead are not legal either becuase they are not of the will of the people who are living now.

The police ,the government & the councils all act illegally.

Also read this law and tell me how the justic system applys to this human rights law:

Everyone is entitled in full equality to a fair and public hearing by an independent and impartial tribunal, in the determination of his rights and obligations and of any criminal charge against him.
There is no court in this country that is independent and impartial. The system in this country is a Joke.
