Is this new job or are you temp.

If new job must be thinking pay day slipped right past you.
Only worked three days, therefore you'll get paid "next" pay day.

If temp job, that depends on who you worked for and what there pay day schedule is.

Either way call and find out if you want to. On the other hand, if this is new full time job, don't think I'd ask. Wait and see when next pay day comes around. Boss may not like that question.

If pay has been delayed too long and you no longer work there put in complaint to area court house. Just no sure about where, but sure you can find out. Proper people will take care of this.

if you worked for only 3 days and didn't get paid, it could be that the agency you worked for reported your hours worked as an internship and you wouldn't get paid...it depends on what you were told when you were hired...get out your paperwork and see how it reads before seeking legal advice from a professional who will charge...you can also go to the unemployment office and turn the agency in for not paying you...but only if you have something stating that you were promised wages...

Before you start complaining, you need to check into their pay schedule. Some agencies pay daily, weekly and bi-weekly. Once you find out their policy, then determine if you have a legitimate complaint. Pay dates and schedules should have been made available to you at the time of employment. If that was somehow overlooked or you forgot during the stress of starting a new job, contact human resources and I'm sure they will help. Good luck.

Did they give a reason for not paying you? Many cities have agencies offering free or low-cost legal aid, perhaps you could check your local yellow pages.

If you have only been employed for 3 days, its not time to get paid yet.
Most places hold back the first check and pay you after 2 weeks.

It may not yet be time to get paid. Depending on the pay schedule, it could be up to a month prior to receiving your first paycheck. Talk to the payroll department of your company and see what the schedule is.

you can go to your local Job service, or employment office and they will tell you the necessary steps to file through your state's labor board. It is a time consuming process, but I have been sucessful in getting my wages I was owed paid to me. It was well worth the wait and the paperwork.

Only 3 days? They should've discussed when you'd get your first paycheck with you. It could be anywhere from 2-4 weeks depending on their pay schedule.
