how do I respond to a paypal claim last week I sell an item but the buyer want the money back plus the shipping and the money for the shipping to shipp it back she escalate the claim with paypal and now I have 10days to respond where do I need to go to respond,by the way the item was 80.50 and I give her $30 back in a partial refund what can I do now I hate ebay
I give her the $30 bucause she say that if I give her that money she won't file a claim but now she did, and she escalate to a claim with paypal but I can't respond to this claim is it because she escalate or why when I go to resolve claim I only find the refund options I can't find anyting to write back she don't give me a change to respond she file the claim at
4:48pm and she escalate the claim at 4:49pm

you are doom on that your only hope is that you get the item back and you give a refund

was the item defective? Did you get the item back? why did she want a refund, and why did you not want to give her a total refund? It seems she should pay for return shipping UNLESS the item was either defective, or not as described by you in the sale ad. We would need more details here to give you the correct answer.
