Why do the government bringing out and enforcing illegally laws which are in volation of human rights act http://www.un.org/Overview/rights.html

Of which this government is bound by.
They illgealy passed it as the 1998 human rights act and enforced illgeal limitation upon the law of human rights.

All this nonsence about its against the law to smoke in public palces and all these illegal laws they keep passing and old laws made by people who are dead are not legal either becuase they are not of the will of the people who are living now.

The police ,the government & the councils all act illegally.

Also read this law and tell me how the justic system applys to this human rights law:

Everyone is entitled in full equality to a fair and public hearing by an independent and impartial tribunal, in the determination of his rights and obligations and of any criminal charge against him.
There is no court in this country that is independent and impartial. The system in this country is a Joke.

Scouse I do not think much of yours either and what you say is bull.

The govrnment of the uk are a bunch of criminals they works of us but instead they try to controll us and tax us to death and at the same time the deprive us of our rights.

They are also the main source of poverty in the uk

They work on harassment and intimidation and hope that you are scared enough to comply. They even sent our troops in to a illgal war and many of our troops died in a illgal war
all started by bush.

you are so right. the most amusing party's to all this are the ridiculous little jumped up wannabe fascist councillors who state the most ludicrous threats to anyone who puts the wrong thing in a wheely bin. and actualy take them selves seriously. y'know we should all organise on line in our own areas 'just for a laught' and do the very oposite to every thing they say for a week or two. like go dump all our rubbish on the council office lawn. i recon the little Hitlers will all explode!! with fury. to be seriouse for a moment though. these people need to be put in there place. they are public servants and yet treat us like we work for them!! we need to put them back in fear of their jobs and get some respect from the loathsome little willy challenged clowns.
