I was working for a lawyer. He had hired me as a "receptionist" or what ever. Then he told me I had to file immigration forms and sign them for him. I knew there was something funny going on. then i received my first pay check or should i say cash.. he didn't pay me with a check but with cash. I definitely knew something was wrong. especially since he has people do all his work for him. He never talks to clients once they have signed an agreement and never meets with them again. He only takes their money. He is a fraud and now he won't pay me for what the hours I worked before i quit. If anyone has any advice for me please let me know what I should do?

One method Israel uses to deter terrorism is make it known to potential terrorists of consequences. Those consequences are to take the terrorsts to their parent's house to watch the bulldozer plow it down with possessions inside. If the terrorist is killed it is done without him. No Israeli will claim this is justice. It is retribution. Best of all it stops terrorists because they don't want harm for their parents. It works! And Israel only has employed this as a last resort solution to the problems.

When the attacker only touches intimately the victim but does not perform sexual intercourse. Like he strips her naked and touches her all over the place but does not have sex with her. And is it less punishable than rape with sex?

I understand that it makes it illegal for a soldier to be housed in someone's home during peacetime, and legal during wartime only under governmental terms (and if the homeowner consents to it), but how do I write a 2 page essay about it?

If anyone has any ideas for me to research further (like cases that pertain to it), that would be incredibly helpful.

Thaaaank you =)

P.S. Please, I don't want a paragraph or anything. I don't want people to do my homework for me! Well, actually that'd be awesome but unrealistic and selfish, lol. I just need some help ...

i collected all the scrap steel on site, i have to clear it away as i'm the site labourer its a health hazzard. theres about 4 tons of it. its custom for the labour and foreman if he wants a cut to share the scrap money. i found out today the money from the last steel batch the foreman took it for himself. i'm the one that shifted it with a wheel barrow from a 2 acre site. i've been collecting all the scrap copper as well, but thats well hidden. i was going to share the copper money with the foreman and the telescopic fork driver. but if they're gonna screw me when im the one doing all the work then bollocks to them. the trades appreciate me as a grafter and give me all their unwanted scrap copper. as i'm the only person to do any rubbish clearing i have all the copper hidden in a large carboard box sitting on the floor of the warehouse were building. i left rubbish sitting on top. but somebody tore a hole in the box for a nosey theres about 30kg. is it fair game for others?

Someoone called the cops on them.I have a 12y old, AND i CAN HEAR THE NEIGHBOR HAVING SEX. I was afraid they would think I was responsible for calling the cops. My company has recently asked me to work for two different branches within the same company, but doing completely different jobs. However, I am still only being paid by my original branch. Is this legal? I agreed to the job before I understood that it was not within the same branch.

If it comes down to state labor laws, I live in TN.

Please help!

I recieved a no insurance ticket on a car that was not even running. I wanted to fight it in court, but the court date was originally on Labor Day. It was moved to the next day, I unfortunately had to work. I didn't make it to to court, not knowing that I could have appealed it in writing, it is now over due. So, if I have to pay it, I want to make it as hard on them as possible.

My best friend of 20 years just had her 2nd child a year ago. While she was pregnant with this child she told her doctor that after she gave birth, she wanted her tubes tied. She signed all the paperwork and everything was in order. Well, she ended up having a c-section to have this baby and the doctor said to her, "oh I see you want a tubal ligation done." My friend said,"yes, I do". Well, the doctor told her that he wasn't going to do it because he felt my friend was too young (she was 27) and he was not going to tie her tubes. She is married, to the same man for 8 years and both children are his. My friend then argued and argued with this doctor as she is being wheeled down to get her c-section. Her husband argued that the papers were already signed to do the ligation. The doctor ended up putting my friend to sleep to do the c-section. The doctor did not do the tubal, now my friend is pregnant with a third baby that she can't afford. She wants to sue the doc. Does she have a case?

My boyfriend is mentally abused! I'm not over exaggerating, nor am I saying this only because I'm a childish minor who is trying to 'fight the power'. He's a good guy, who's 17, does his school work, has a job at a book store, and is all around a blessing to any parent (say my parents). However his mother is not a good one in my belief.

This lady is in her late 50's with a 17 year old son. She has no medical care for him or herself, she has no actual job- but she gets $500 a month for child support. Her current living area is with her soon to be ex- husband (my boyfriends ex-step-father), and this isn't permanent.

She has left her son home alone before for over a day, and left only a note saying *feed the cats I'll be out for awhile*. Later through his friend he found out that she went to Upstate New York! (I'd like to note that this takes place in Brooklyn New York, and she went to Plattsburg.)

Email me for further information if you believe you can help

I am a minor, and last year through school, I donated blood. Now, of course I had to fill out papers with personal information, such as my phone number. Ever since the 3 month mark in which I am able to donate again, this company has been calling me at least 4-5 times a day asking to make an appointment and to donate, sometimes even from an "Unavaliable" number, so I can't screen their calls. They even call me during hours which I am in school, because I am a MINOR.

I have told them that when I have permission from my parents to donate again (because I am a MINOR and It is illegal for me to do it without their permission and their accompanient to the facility) that I will contact THEM and make an appointment.

This has not stopped the calls.
