state . i was wondering if i have a daughter and my ex has custody of her and she is moving out of state does my ex have to tell the court that she is moving bc the visitation is going to be all messed up now and who is going to do the transportation if she moves out of state and doesnt tell the court in georgia can she get into trouble ? what will happen if she dont tell the court she is moving only me and i really dont agree with the arrangements that she has made can ne one help me on what the conseqeunces will be for her if she moves out of state and does not notify the court of it and also i would like to have some say in the matter on visitation and so forth

Hearing? what will they do?
The state is taking my ex husband to court for owing 20,000.00 in arrears. (back owed child support) Mind you, 800.00 of it is all interest. He has not paid anything for 2 years. How will this session go? It's an order to show cause and intervention.

He also filed for a motion to MODIFY CHILD SUPPORT "after" he was told he was being told to go to court by them because he owes lots of money and i think he is now scared. but I have yet to get that motion "I do know he filed it though" It's been a month since he filed and hasn't served me yet.

How will the court session go with the hearing officer? Will he be thrown in jail for not paying and set his bail at 20,000?

If Californicate had told the wacko Sierra Club so called enviromentalist to go to hell and done what was right yrs ago there wouldnt have been all of these fires in recent yrs. Can you imagine knowing what the dangers are in Californicate and making it against the law for homeowners to even consider cutting a tree that would endanger their house or making it against the law to clean up brush or against the law to clear a fire break. These bunch of Sierra idiots have caused more grief and pain in Californicate than any criminals and if the govt. there after this fire has any sense they will tell the Sierra Club to go straight to hell and start managing their forest to protect against another catastrophe such as the one in 03 and the present fire do you agree or disagree?

Another high school student pushed my child six times in the forehead prior to my daughter retaliating and fighting back? The school said it was not self-defense because she fought and punched back instead of just trying to push the kid off? I don't think either girl intended to fight (they didn't know each other), however, they were in the crowded lunch line and the other girl was upset with my daughter because she made a spitting sound when the girl pushed through ahead of the others waiting in line. She did not actually spit, however the girl began harassing my daughter as she pushed her in the forehead saying "tell me you did not spit on me so I don't have to kick your butt". The kids around told her she was not spit on, including my daughter, however, after the sixth or seventh push in the head my daughter said "yes". My daughter was arrested and charged with fighting as the school policy stated she had to be. My child has never fought before. Is this fair?

My husband was diagnosed as bipolar. He hasn't been able to hold a job. He is falling behind in child support for his child from his last marriage. His child support amount is based on a high paying job he had years ago. He is so bad now he can't hold a job making that much money anymore. Does anyone know if the courts will reduce the child support amount due to bipolar? Is there anyone with bipolar who has been through this that can point us in the right direction?

A man must choose to be a father in the same way that a woman chooses to be a mother. It is not fair that a woman can use a morning after pill without consent, abort without consent, and have the baby without consent, but the man has to reap all the consequences with no choice at all. He has to abide by what ever the woman decides. Both were involved with the creation of the baby so why should only one of the two have more right than the other? Some men tell the woman he doesn't want children b4 hand. Or after the matter. If she knows this and keeps the baby she should take responsibility. Before you jump to the defense of "They should have been wearing protection", think about the women who trap a man or want to get pregnant so badly that they lie about using birth control, say a doctor told them they can't get pregnant, poke holes in the condom, empty the condom inside themself after sex (yes it happens) and so on. Should he still have to pay after that?

in the event of a situation in which a majority of representatives are suddenly unable to serve?

There is a detailed line of succession for the presidency. Vice-presidents can be replaced also, under the 25th Amendment. Senators can, I believe, be replaced by the governor of their state if there is a death, resignation, etc. But as far as I'm aware, the only way to replace a congressman is through a special election, which always takes time.

Shouldn't we have some kind of procedure for replacing congressmen, even temporarily, in the event many of them are suddenly unable to serve? Yes, I am thinking of a terrorist attack, among other things. It's possible that we could be left without sufficient leadership just when we needed it most. Those concerned about presidential power should also want a way to re-convene the House as well as the Senate quickly, also.

Does anyone know if there are any laws already in this regard?

About 6 months ago we left our old apt. complex early and told the landlord we were leaving. they said it would be no problem but they had to check with corporate first. we left and heard nothing from them for about 2 months. Every once in a while they call us telling us corporate wanted one more months rent. I talked with her today and she said they are sending it to collections if we don't pay the balance. She claimed they left a note under our door before we left. She is threatening us having to pay interest and lawyer fees? Are these empty threats and can she actually send that supposed balance to collections. We did leave our lease early but they never told us we had to pay anything until months after we moved. Is this ligitimate?

I currently work in my local store sorting out the papers and magazines in the morning. But I want to have extra hours, so I want to work behind the till, but the boss says that I cant because of the 'New' ciggarette law.

Because the new law in Wales is that you have to be 18 to buy ciggarettes, but you can still smoke at 16, he cant give me work. I spoke to someone else who works up there and he said that you can still serve them to people, even if you are under 18.

I just want to know what the 'real' situation is with all this.

I've heard on several talk radio shows about a Marine sergeant suing a U.S. senator for defamation (either Reid or Murtha) because he called U.S. troops in Iraq murderers. Don't know much of the details, but I do know the statement was made out in public (not from the Senate floor) and that the judge involved has ruled that the senator will, at least, have to respond to the complaint.

Can anyone give me more details and what the status of the case is currently?

Also, why have I heard nothing about this on the liberal media?

I'm a Security Guard. Today, I bumped into a former colleague of mine,who told me the site at which he is presently employed,has him working 14 hour shifts. Surely,this is against the Law isn't it? ...I thought the maximum you were allowed to work in a shift was 12 hours.
He says he's not happy about it and quite frankly,I'm not surprised. Amongst other things,iwould think this is a Health & Safety Issue. Am I right?
