yeah, do what that guy said... and then report him to the better business bureau, and then call the fccand report there too... you will have to do it in writting. i cant stand when ppl rip someone off..and im sure its not the first time the agency has done this...they need to be taught a lesson in stealing ppls money.

if you charged the tickets to a credit card dispute the charges, do it in writing not on the phone.
