a. express, bilateral
b. express, unilateral
c. implied in fact, bilateral
d. implied in fact, unilateral

I chose a, but i just want to make sure.

This next one goes with the above ?.

Assume that Brad responds "I accept your offer"
a. a valid unilateral contract would be formed
b. a valid bilateral contract would be formed
c. no contract would be formed.

I think this would be b, but like I said before I just want to make sure.

It wasn't too long ago that conservative meant that you were a staunch supporter of the US Constitution. But today conservatives, like John McCain prove everyday that they haven't even read the US Constitution. You read Article 1 section 8 and tell me how John McCain could claim that it is "unConstitutional" for the legislature to make rules affecting the "Government and Regulation of land and naval forces"? What does it mean to claim to be conservative, yet claim that when the legislature does exactly what the Constitution says that they should do, their actions are "unConstitutional"?

we pick and stand up for the wrong things and gang banging one guy is not one I would stand up for any reason, what message are we sending that to hit and beat is OK as long as you are pissed at some one for any thing they are doing as to justify our taking the law in our on hands and and making us hero's ,where were the black leaders before the beating when the things about the tree started, you think maybe the kids would of not gone this way with some good leader ship.

I had started working for a hotel in 6/07. I was hired to work front desk/night audit. I had started training for night audit when I found out that the person I was training with was the bosses stepdaughter and to make matters worse she was making $9.00 an hour while the boss left me at $8.00. Once I found this out I decided to no longer work as an auditor. I contined to work at the desk and all the front desk staff have to work in housekeeping for a day. Once my day came I worked and was done with my training. On 9/19/07 I went to work as usual and my day was normal. Unitl the 2nd person came on and I was called into the office. The boss was upset that I didn't work housekeeping the Sunday that just passed. I had told her that I had already worked housekeeping and that I wasn't hired for this position in the first place. She had fired me! I understand the employee at will law in Louisiana but I felt discriminatied against. Should I fight this?

in Phila Pa. Supermarket chain, can't use cell phones in bathroom back area dock areas or outside of the store. or discharge from job. What about emergency at home ? My husband is sickly, How is he supposed to get hold of me if something goes wrong? I can understand no cells i the customer area, But where we don't come in contact with the customers is crazy. We are not even allowed to carry them. Don't we have any rights anymore. Our supervisor says he don't care about these problems. What can we do .

And before anyone states that I am being racist, I personally thought that it was tasteless for that person to behave in that way.

BUT, he was not going to hang anyone and to me the noose is just part of the US's history. In the western states that is how justice was carried out. Yes, I know that the KKK used it for their BS, but people wearing a white pointed hate isn't against the law.

My big beef with this is the fact that we are already on a slippery slope and where will it stop? Where we as US citizens have NO rights? Look at what happened with that student and John Kerry. IF you look at the extend video you see a student asking questions and then cops coming from no where and telling him to leave. Wow, didn't know asking questions was against the law either.

POLICE STATE ANYONE!?

Are there any other lawyers out there who feel like you're humanity is being choked to death by this gig? Have you ever woken up in the morning and felt like everybody you have met in this profession is just waiting to stabb you in the back? hi.. i havent seen or heard from my ex boyfriend in 2 months...last night i went to some lounge by me with my friend and i saw my ex kissing some girl...im not going to lie, even though i moved on, it did bother me a bit...after he hooked up with her he was by the bar by himself so i went up to him and said hi and we started talking...after that i saw some guy who i knew and we started talking (thats all, i didnt hook up with him or anything)...i saw my ex staring at us that he even came up to me while i was talking to the other guy...after that i walked out with my friend and that guy and his friend and i kno my ex saw it bc he tried getting my attention..then he calls me and leaves a message on my voicemail saying "i want you" but ur with another guy".. i get a call from him the next day apologizing to me if he said anything bad the night before cause he was drunk. then he asked me how i been? and what ive been up to? i mean seriously what does he want from me??

My papa is 99 yrs old, grandma is 90 yrs old. The only visitor they have most days is home health nurse. They both say she went to get $5 out of papa's wallet to reimburse her for some razors she picked up. She says she laid it back on the table. They weren't paying much attention to her but after she was gone-about 15 min-they noticed the wallet was gone. We have looked EVERYWHERE-the wallet IS gone. We filed a police report but home health agency won't do anything. Don't they have insurance for things like this? $900 is a HUGE amount to them-plus they won't trust any other nurse now. What are our options?

i know the laws have changed since i was young.mainly im sure because of the number of wacko's out there.but come on how far are they going to go.people need to stand up and say and do something about it.i was raised up old school and i think most people out there were. i wasn't beat i just got a beating when i deserved it .no marks were left on me,i'm not emotianally messed up,i turned out pretty good.whatever happened to the good old a-s woopin,is it illegal?i know there altternative's besides that but isn't it my god given right to decide ? i've personally went to web sights to try to find out my state laws and all i get are run arounds no details.any one know these laws enihgten me.
