Fred makes the following written offer to Brad: "I will pay you $50 dollars after you have cut my lawn. Bravo has made an offer to enter into an ..........., ........... contract.
a. express, bilateral
b. express, unilateral
c. implied in fact, bilateral
d. implied in fact, unilateral

I chose a, but i just want to make sure.

This next one goes with the above ?.

Assume that Brad responds "I accept your offer"
a. a valid unilateral contract would be formed
b. a valid bilateral contract would be formed
c. no contract would be formed.

I think this would be b, but like I said before I just want to make sure.

First one is B -- the offer is express but unilateral. A unilateral contract is where there is a promise on one side, which can only be accepted by performance on the other.

Second one is C -- again, the offer is "after you have mowed" -- meaning that mowing the lawn is the only way to create the contract -- merely promising to mow the law is not sufficient.

A good argument can be made that Brad attempted to make the contract bilateral -- but that's not the literal wording.
