They allowed this to continue solely because the torturers were Black, and perhaps it was part of their "Culture" to torture little girls>

NOW these same Social Workers have allowed a 17 month old little boy to be tortured to death solely because the torturers were from "a large family of "Travellers".

The case is simple. I hold a licence in a stupid state and it is revoked. I really need a licence in order to get around. Please tell me if you know of any state that will allow you to get a licence in that state. In the wave of technology... I think they all are connected. Please refrain from judgements or smart comments... I just need to know yes or know.

I owned my house for many years before I met my partner. Legally everything is in my name solely, infact there is no connection to him whatsoever. We are to be married soon, and while I don't plan on getting a divorce i was wondering if it was possible for him to claim a part of this property if we did divorce? (We also have another property that we bought together 50/50 in both names).

I am highly qualified for this job.. They have other people working there that speak spanish that aren't as qualified as I am. It is not listed in the job requirements that you have to speak apsnish. I'm an American why shouldn't I get a good job because I don't speak some other countries language? If you're going to live here you need to learn the language!

I had a a Ford Explorer 2002 and I traded it in for a 2004 Durango with the Ford dealership. During that time period I lost my job and normally my dad makes my car payments. I was given few days so they could reach him, they contacted him and he was fine with it. I got the car and they took my old car away. I had my kids over for the summer and the day I was leaving to take them back to their dad, this was a week after I got the car. They call and say there were some issues with the papers. I said I was leaving today, which was tuesday and I will be back saturday late night, I have confirmed tickets and cannot make last minute changes. He agreed to meeting me the following monday. Monday comes and early morning , there is a guy towing the car away, with no prior notice from the dealership. What do I do? Now its gone, I dont have my old car and I dont know what happens to the down payment. Help...

My roommate moved out over a week ago and still has a ton of stuff left in his closet and a shed filled with furniture and other misc stuff. He told us he would have all of his stuff out by the 15th. Today is the 13th and he still has all this stuff here. He wasn't on the lease but was approved by the landlord to be a tenant. We've called and emailed him and he's only shown up twice to get things, but he's only taken what he's needed. He still owes us a hundred dollars for utilities for the last month he lived there. He said he'd give us a check but when he came by yesterday to get some things he neglected to bring us the check. Based on his character I feel like he'll leave his stuff as long as possible esp. considering he's left a motorcyle at his prior residence for about 3 mos. What can I legally do? What is the statute of limitations in TX for abandoned property? How long does he have to come get his stuff? Should we get our landlord involved?

So, I was bitten by a dog that got off its leash about two weeks ago in Montana (I'm from Minnesota). It was the last day of my vacation, and the dog (a pit bull) ran up and bit me. I did nothing to provoke the attack, except walk past the car the dog had been tied to all day long. Turns out that the dog had just bit some kid before me, and then it bit me too. No serious complications, just a lot of pain and blood, tetnus shots, antibiotics and the ER, which all sucked. Anyways, I won't even have a big scar, it's healed up quite nicely, but I've found out that the owner (who is obviously a total douchebag, as she tied the dog to her bumper with no food or water in record heat (100+ degrees) all day long) has agreed to pay the medical bills, but hasn't offered so much as an apology. I feel really pissed about this, and a lot of my friends say that I should sue, and one of them said that I could even get a couple grand out of the whole thing. I'm torn on this. I feel that it's wrong to..

Their primary focus is the access to records that the Act gives law enforcement. Are their concerns justified? Are they making a mountain out of a mole hill? Are we more concerned that federal agents will access our personal information than we are that "bad" people will take over our country?

I have been dealing with a child support matter for almost 2 years. I went to child support enforcement and they told me I had to yet a year because my son father is active duty military and he was going overseas for a year. While he was over there he never supported my son. I then petition the court for child support on his return. I have a court date on Friday Aug 17th. I want this man to pay back child support. What type of proof do I need to bring to show the judge that I have been going through this for a long time? Or is it necessary to bring anything? Paternity is not an issue in this case, bc it has been established already.

There are Trolls in YA that target people and make multiple abuse reports. YA is very familiar with this and has chosen to do nothing. Recently, I intentionally made all my answers recently very simple and inane just to avoid violations. I said “NOT!” and I was hit with 9 answer violations in 1 day by some troll. I also got 3 best answers and then was suspended. Here is an example of my answer:
Question: North American Union to Replace the USA?
Question Details: NOT!
Deleted Answer: NOT!
Simple, direct, inoffensive and clear answer.
The Trolls know YA refuses to do anything 99% of the time. Because I said in my appeal post that “NOT!” was an answer, Freddy at YA DELETED my post before he pulled his usual “not an answer”. He didn’t want people viewing the post to see how absurd his answer was. No competition. Interesting how quite a few users thought it was an answer and it was even selected as best answer.
Fred at YA knows he is wrong using excuses like “it isn’t a question” or “it isn’t an answer” on all of these false violations instead of DOING HIS JOB. He also rates his own answers, deletes all posts critical of him, almost never answers the simple question “why?”. Now I have been suspended and they still won’t tell me why.

This activity has taught dozens (possibly hundreds) to be violation report abusers. By Fred’s refusal to DO HIS JOB, instead of solving problems he is actually causing them. Here is the sequence.
1. A user answers a question absolutely correctly by YA TOS.
2. Troll decides to have a little fun and report answer as abuse.
3. User receives an automated violation report from YA.
4. User replies with supplied link on violation report asking why.
5. YA sends ANOTHER absolutely useless automated response a few days later
6. User, now irritated at time wasted, posts on violation forum and asks for details WHY?
7. A few days later, Fred at YA, refusing to DO HIS JOB, sends what almost can be considered another automated response, denies appeal.
8. The User (now pissed) asks again for specifics.
9. Fred either totally ignores the post or deletes it because it makes him look bad.
10. User (now livid seeing how outrageously stupid the system is) turns into a troll created by Fred’s carelessness.
11. Nice job Fred, you made another Troll. Job security.

Why does YA encourage trolls to make false abuse reports?

OK, the school I used to go to allowed me to pack my radio as long as it didn't disturb class. (I keep it off anyway!); but this new school in KY is refusing to allow me to pack it saying it will be seized if packed. From a legal stand point am I allowed to pack it and if so, what law says so?
Some one told me that the amateur radio service is legally defined an emergency service in KY. If so, then what law says that?

My mom is 54 and has been working for a company for the past 5 years. For the last 2 (maybe 3) she has been the Shipping Supervisor. In May the company hired another supervisor that turns out to be her supervisor and even is in charge of giving her a review. The problem is, other then having an associates degree, he has very little experience while my mom has at least 2 years with this company and like 15 at another as a shipping supervisor. My mom was never offered the job, or even offered to interview for the job. He is paid more and has taken many of her duties away from her. She has never been written up or told she was doing a bad job so she is confused as to why they hired someone to do her job. They did give him a different title, but she told me that the new guy said that he actually interviewed for a shipping supervisor possition.

So does she have anything here?
