You do understand you'll be fighting the IRS in IRS court, don't you? You could pay zillions of $$ to an attorney and have him present "an offer in kind" which is a settlement to pay delinqueunt taxes for pennies on the dollar.So you either pay an attorney AND the IRS.... or you pay IRS direct with an offer YOU make.
