Hello, being new to the web i have just been told to beware of the wind-up merchants out to get people like myself into trouble.As all that is written is monitored by the likes of big brother, if so where does our freedom of speech stand?

As for freedom of speech, you do have freedom of speech. It is not up to Yahoo to enforce it. Also the freedom of speech you have varies where you are. Yahoo has to obey laws just as any other company does.

Sorry to sound harsh on that.

the freedom of speech stands in that you can type anything u want to. their right is to monitor it to make sure that it is not a danger to the safety and security of the country.

I suspect that my anti-E.U. comments over the months have got my name in lots of little books. When the E.U. finally takes over I expect there'll be a 3 am knock on my door. By the way, I love winding people up. They shouldn't take themselves so seriously.

They probably are if they want to waste money on me good luck to them. You get ordinary very funny or very sad type wind ups but do not give to much personal info.
