It's not possible. When you apply for a license one of the questions is "do you hold a license in any other state". If you say yes, the new state will take your old one before giving a new one.
The other big question on the form is "are you currently under license revocation in any state".
To provide false information to obtain a license is now covered under the federal US Patriot Act.

Unless you lie on your application, you probably will not be able to get a driver's license in another state and even then, they could possibly catch up with you. I live in Missouri and I know a lot of people who use a friend's address in Kansas to get their license. Insurance rates are lower, unemployment benefits are higher, etc. The states are really starting to come down hard on this practice, so my advice to you is probably not to try it. No judgement here. There are many reasons a person can get their license revoked, though I've never actually personally seen them not have some responsibility in it. I do appreciate your need to get around.

I do believe that the poster "jolan" hit the nail on the head. However, having a revoked license but having all your fines, etc. paid up in your current state will allow you to obtain a license, legally, in another. BTW: not all states are interconnected but a good 95% are in this day and age. West coast states still have some difficulty retrieving MVR information from east coast states, and typically, vice versa.

States check to see if you have been revoked or suspended someplace else. In fact, it is asked on the application.
In fact, if you receive a ticket for say, in Nebraska, and live in Illinois, and say, "I will not pay for it 'cuase I don't live there and will never go back." Guess what? The other state will ask the state in which you reside to suspend your license.

Yes they are conneced but to run the existance of a previous licence is expensive and will do it only if you put yes I had a licence before. Furthermore, file as first timer if found otherwise no problem all they are going to say , revocked which I doubt , since they want your monies.

No. You need to be licensed in the state where you live.

I think the states are all connected. One state can pull up your record from another.

You can only legally have a driver's license in a state in which you reside.
