I answered a Complaint, but then realized that it didn't state all the facts necessary to allege a cause of action against me...is there any way I can challenge it now?

I have an assignment due Monday and I'vce gotten some ideas, but if I got more detailed information, maybe I can get a pretty good grade (well at least to win the case).

I'm not sure if you guys know of this case, but my class was seperated between helping the defendant and proving the defendant guilty.

Here's the case and it's an actual case quite some time ago.

Andrea Yates a victim of schzophrenia and mental disease kills her 5 infants by drowning them. She was proven to have problems and well, she believed she was Satan and Satan told her to kill her kids. Her kids also had collars on them. She said the dogs told her to take off their collas and put it on her kids. Andrea Yates were taking her mdecine a year ago and symptons were shown at that time too. Her husband went to work when she killed the kids. Is there any way I can prevent her from being guilty?

Please give a thorough response. Using excessive information is allowed!!

To be specific, the car was towed off the side of I-10 in Lafayette, LA. The car was out of the way of traffic, insured, and posed no danger. It was only there a couple of days before being towed for no apparent reason. I'd like to contest the charges and get my car back. Could someone let me know where I can get more info on the laws concerning towing over the weekend until I can talk to the Public Service Commission.

I hired and paid a lawn fertilizing company in 2006 for fertilizing service in Michigan. I sold my house in March 2007, but the same company continued fertilizing service in April, 2007 without my authorization. The fertilizing company called me requesting payment (aeration and 3 fertilizing =$198). I refused the payment because I did not request their service continued in 2007. They said I was liable because I did not cancel the service. Are they right?

What happens if you're in a state that allows you to grow medically then you get caught by feds? Does the state protect you at all since you're allowed to grow there under state laws or do they simply do not matter when it comes to the federal laws?

last year i bought and i tried to obtain the titles on my 90 cadillac that my cousin had leased and paid off years ago. when i went to the regestration office they told me that i couldnt get it regestered my cousin had to because he cant sell me his car if it has a lien. i got a history report of all owners from the regestration office with the lien holders information. i later found out from an investigation that this company no longer is in business but never removed several peoples liens. the regestration office told me either i file a small claims or i wait 1yr tell the lien is up and try again because a lien is only good for six years. how do i go about getting the titles to a car that my cousin owns but it has a lien thats over 6yrs old. i have the bill of sell and all the other paperwork showing that my cousin sold me the car. how do i get the titles into my name not my cousins.

Ex is going to court for FTA. Original appearance was required for suspended driver's license. License was suspended for failure to pay support. Apparently child support docs were not listed to require a warrant if my ex was contempt.

He went to jail 2 days ago for the failure to appear and will hopefully show up for the next scheduled court date.

Is there a way to submit a request to the judge for a bench warrant to be issued once he appears before the judge? And is this appropriate?

Is seems that the suspended license does not truly enforce the support payer to pay their unpaid support...

Note: Court ordered support is issued from a different Florida county.

Thank you, in advance, for any advice you have to offer!

So a Ku Kluks Klan member approaches a gay black man at the H.E.B. Grocery store. The KKK member hates and despises gays, women, and minorities. He shows his displeasure with the black man by beating the crap out of him in the fresh fruit isle. Punched him in both eyes, the mouth knocking out teeth and the nose. Broke his face in and there was blood everywhere. And all over the black mans Abercrombie and Fich.

BUT

The black man was full blown HIV positive. The white KKK member found out yesterday that he was infected with the gay disease and he got it from the black man that he beat up in a hate crime. He is also in jail behind bars. Does the White man get what he deserves for hurting someone out of hate? Does he deserve the AIDS infection he got from beating someone up for being black and gay?

Hi folks!

Can an employer legally reduce your previous wage of say $8.50/hr to minimum wage if you quit? There was no notice nor any discussion prior. Thank you very much!

He has ask people in town to sent it so it can't be track back to him. The banks, attorneys and who ever knows about it has told him to stop because it's a scam. This man keeps doing it thinking he's going to get millions back. I am wondering if he can do this how many other people are doing it also. The banks has sent out papers informing people that it is a scam and not to sent money.

I worked as a courtesy clerk at Ralphs and my school only permitted me to work 16 hrs a week since I have to do a lot of school work every day of the week (I have to finish a year's worth amount of work in just three weeks, so I'm always busy with school work). Anywho, I come to work today and they tell me that they are letting me go because I was "slow" at what I was doing. Which is complete BS because my cart bins were always empty in the parking lots, and I was medium-fast when bagging (I always get tips from customers when I'm bagging). Anywho, one day when I was doing carts, all the carts were empty and I was standing in the shade because it was 90 degrees outside, 10 minutes later the manager gives me a lecture about "sitting at Starbucks" and I was like, "WTF, I wasn't at Starbucks". And that was another one of their BS reasons. I'm not sad, I'm just pissed off that they can't tell me the truth as to why I was let go...

I bought a car, spent money to get it running, then had the "real owner" come with the police and take it back. Apparently the person who sold it to me, bought it from somebody who took it as payment for money owed. How long do I have to sue to recover my money? I heard 3 years, and it has already been 2. Do I have a case?

My ex is very difficult and i usually have to deal directly with his attorney to get anything handled. I have not received anything from her stating she is no longer representing him even though we havent had anything go on for some time. Doesnt she still legally represent him until she signs off through the courts stating she is no longer representing him? I am getting the runaround as to if he is still being represented.

im curious.. i read about this in an article a few weeks back so the details might be fuzzy. a guy and a girl have sex.. they still talk. through emails on the phone etc. she tells him she loves him he says the same. they only had sex once or twice something like that. this went on for 3 months.. she apparently was pregnant, and she told the guy originally it wasnt his it was her estranged husbands.. the guy had suspicions but let it be.. as the weeks went on she started hinting it was his.. he said ok he will find out after its born and go from there.. she flips out claims he used her and then tried to accuse him of rape 3 months later and use the baby as proof? is this possible.. if i remember correctly there were email after email about how much she enjoyed having sex with him, also numerous text messages about how much she loved him? can she just make that stuff up? i just signed up here and thought it was an interesting topic cuz false rape seems to be a problem?

i work at a refinery as a security inspector and some one i work with who drives a patrol van just walked off site one day,the procedure is you are supposed to inform someone, failure to do so is classed as gross misconduct.the company in question states this in the rule book.
i have been employed for 5 years at the refinery and 2 years ago we were taken over by anothor security company 47 people from my old company either got sacked for stupid things or found different jobs.
the company that im employed by now has a arrogant manager who wants to bring in his own people and get rid of the old staff,
he is a bully but if you complain he makes your life a misery,
if it states in a rule book that not following procedure is gross misconduct and a sackable offence and this person is still working there can this be right,i beleive the manager of the new company is bringing his own staff in ,and getting rid of the old staff,is he following procedure

I have been told to get a restraining order against my sister. She's 18 and lives at home with my mom and I. I am under 18. Everyday I am told by her that I am retarded (that I need special help which I don't need nor have I ever needed it or used any special services). That she could care less about me. That I'm a loser and that I am not going to be doing anything w/ my life after school. And some other stuff that's not appropriate for this...She's been arrested for domestic assult towards me. She can't hit me for a year otherwise she'll get thrown out. Problem is, my mom has to report this and she doesn't. I am not hit much by my sister anymore but I still get hit occasionally for not getting offline at exactly the same moment she wants on. Problem is, she's not nicer to our mom or any other family. My mom has high BP, and is always crying b/c of the abuse. I am wondering how best to go about this. I want a restraining order b/c I'm sick of how my mom and I are treated. Does it cost
