I had an accident that was minor but had $1650.00 worth of medical bills. What is a fair amount to accept from the adjuster? Car was paid for.

Not enough info. The major question is whether there will be any future medical issues or permanent residual disability. Other matters are how much work you lost; your transport costs; whether your medicals were covered by insurance that must be repaid, etc.

The adjuster represents the insurance company; not you. His job is to get away with paying the least amount possible; he is trained to do that & his salary & promotions depend on it.

You should at least consult with an attorney with whom you can discuss all the facts.

$1650.00, maybe a couple hundred for your pain suffering, lost wages (if applicable). That's not a whole lot of medical bills especially if you took an ambulance to the ER. Be thankful car was paid for.

Each state is different, maybe a lawyer that would take your case for a % of the settlement

Fair is what the adjuster thinks it is.
