Ever since President Bush approved the No children left behind act do you feel that it helped our American children? For my point of view I have a niece that needs help and my sister in-law had a hassle and it took months in order for my niece to get the special needs. What is your point of view about the act?

I'm not exactly sure.
I'm asking this on behalf of a friend of mine living in Wright County, Minnesota.
I really want her to be free from her family, but emancipation is not an option.

1. how do you justify saving premie and others that couldnt survie with only nature.only god?isnt this against what god has done?

2.what about the overpopulation of the planet that is killing many adn the future? dosnt the scripture say there are only so many souls availabel intthe gaff use them wisely becasue once no more souls all things end?

3. what do you say about terrible people having children they didnt want and then just abuse? isnt abortionbefore there is a soul or any feeling ,knowing and pain more humane?

Do readers think that this is right and moral. ?. My personal view is that they are encouraging non criminals to commit a crime. A sting is ok if you catch known ciminals but this makes no sence at all and a complete waste of public money.

When paralegals branch out on their own? After all, it is the paralegal who does all the work and they know the law as well if not better than the lawyers.

I am not a paralegal but I have many friends who are. Some worked for lawyers and a couple worked in the DA's office. They have all left and started their own Pro se Self Help Businessess.

Isn't the priest suppose to submit our marraige "license" to the county which has more info about my husband and I, as well as our witnesses signatures, and then he gives us a marraige "certificate" from the church? I was married June 9th, and the county still has not recieved a form from the preist yet. What do I do?

I was just in a car accident. The car in front of me stopped at a poorly placed cross walk, so I stopped too, but the SUV behind me didnt....he smashed right into the back of my car. My car only sustained relatively minor damage to the trunk...it will probably cost around $1500 to fix I would think. He didnt want to go through insurance, so against my better judgment just got all of his insurance info, license plate, address, and phone number. We didnt call the cops. No pictures. etc. Am I going to be sorry about this? what should I do? Is there anything I can do to protect myself if this guy turns out to be a jerk who doesnt pay up?

i live at this apt. complx in phila., well there is a fence that divides the apt. complx and a golf course. last night i parked my truck in front of the apt. complx. and today when i went outside to go somewhere, my rear side passenger window of my truck has been shattered by a golf ball. so i go to the golf complx to advise them of what happened. i am expecting them to take responsibility for their clients actions and the manager of this golf place advised me that since they have been there since 1933 it is not their responsiblity and that i should contact my apt. complx. now when i moved in this apt. complx last year i remember them advising me of golf ball incidences and that they are not responsible for this. i firmly agree that the apt. complx is not the responsible party, but today when i went to the golf place this manager acted as if they have no responsibility to what their clients do.

If some people send obscene & abusive statements in some chat room of some website which are open to all the visiters of that chat room..
and if some visiters also send words like they are enjoying that procedure in that chat room ......
will not that be violation of Information Technology Act of India section 67 (regarding publishing of information which is obscene in electronic form)???
Will not all other visiters enjoying there and also that web site be responsible for abetment or joint liability or group liability of that act in India??

Leaving aside the ethical implications of such an act for a moment, could anyone tell me if this is actually against US Law?

It came up in a discussion I was having with a friend. We both agree that it's an anti social and pretty pointless act to burn the flag of any nation but my friend swears blind that it's actually illegal in the US.

ok ... i turn 18 in march but i wont graduate until may.. so can i still LEGALLY move out in march WITHOUT my mother's permission when i turn 18? even though i won't graduate for another two months after that... o yea i live in kansas if that makes a difference with the laws

My daughter was with a friend at the store. Her friend asked her to add up all her merchandise when finished they paid for the items. Before leaving Security approached them and said "come back with me" When asked why they had to go with him he replied we believe that you did not pay full price for the item. He than asked if he could check their purse, my daughter and her friend willingly let him. My daughter was unaware what he meant because both children had receipts and nothing was found on their person. To make a long story short they told my daughter she was on tape hovering over her friend who was switching price for the item this leads back to where she said we were standing close when I was adding up her item i was not with her when she was in the jwelrey section. When my husband went to the store he asked if he can view the tape and they said "no". When am I able to view the tape? And what happens to her if they say it looks but aren't sure of her covering the accused thief?

I clean house's and a caregiver to elderly woman. PT. I get paid with cash and grocery's sometimes meaning no reciept to show as a income. I dont claim it for taxes either!
(file married) I provide my own child care and work during school hours as cost for care is so high. and the child support order now is @ $100.00 if I actully recieve it !

My concern is for my child support court date for a modifcation to increase monthly support from my ExHusband! This is a CSS filing/findings from a Request for Review I sumitted. I was honest with the monthly amount I make on the FL-150 form (lines 1h ,6d, 13s) but now I was told I need to bring to court Proof of Income. (2 month paystubs)
I have all other requested proof of Income like: Tax Returns , Husbands Paycheck Stubs but not my $500.00 I claimed!
How can I provide proof of it?
Or will the judge really care as all other amounts I claimed are shown proven?! courts 2 days away!!!! so 911!

Are you guilty of "rooster" fighting even if you did nothing to encourage them to fight? Or are you required to keep them separated? But if you did that, it would look like a "rooster" fighting operation.

So what do you have to do? Do you have to kill all but one of the baby roosters?
