What the hell are you talking about??? I don't know of any president, good or bad, who's had any citizen killed.
A person who commits treason can be sentenced to death, but that would be through the courts, not by the president.

I am unaware of any law to that effect.
There are certain laws authorizing capital punishment for individuals found guilty of particular criminal offenses. There are also laws that give the President the ability to send troops into potential combat situations. I know of no law that allows the President to order the death of a particular individual without a trial. If there was such a law, it would clearly violate the Due Process Clause of the Fifth Amendment.
If you have additional details showing that there is such a provision in the U.S. Code, I would be happy to see that statute.

Presidential Immunity. Bet you cant name one
incident of that. The President has the CIA, the NSA, the FBI, all the Armed Forces, and things we dont even know about at his disposal. You think you know of a president that had someone killed? I'd love to hear your facts.

The President may never "order" a "hit"- not on paper anyway. In the event that someone is trying to kill him or someone his is with, the Secret Service would take him out.

Legally, none.
5th and 6th Amendments require that any punishment (even fines or loss of liberty -- let alone the death penalty) must have property Due Process, including trial, representation at trial, and the whole shebang....
That hasn't stooped Bush from violating the 5th and 6th Amendment frequently. But no valid law allows him to do it.

Well, for one thing, as Commander in Chief of the Armed Forces, he can order the military into action, fully expecting one or more of them to be killed, if that's what you mean.
