My land lord removed my only toilet to fix a leak and didnt put it back......he told be to do my business in the hole and pour a pitcher of water down it..............IM SERIOUS.........Who do i contact about slum lords?

On an application form, it asks whether you are disabled. My asthma is mild, however in hot indoor conditions I do need take my inhaler. I dont consider it a disablility and Im far from needing to be registered as disabled, but should I put it on the application form so that they know? Wouldnt it just scare an employer off, or should I tell them after I have been offerred the job??

Would this be an answer to the shambolic 'over-crowding' of our prisons. Think about it, If we have a referendum on Capital punishment and introduce nightly hard labour for the severe criminals we may have a solution. There are criminals in prison today (such as those non payers of taxes) which let's face it don't need to spend the daytime in jail. So cell sharing with serious criminals who would be smashing rocks through the night, would allow these people to remain at work yet still be punished by having to turn up at prison every evening.

I might be wrong, but should we not explore every idea, rather than simply freeing them early

I applied for a seasonal position at a local automotive plastics factory this past Sunday and was called back that same day for an interview and drug test. I started work on Monday from 6:30 AM to 2:30 PM at $8.50 an hour. Myself and the rest of the new employees didn't get a chance to tour the factory before we were hired, so I wasn't aware of the conditions until my first day of work. My job was to inspect car door handles for damages, then place a sticker on the back of them and package them in boxes. Standing in one place for 8 hours took a toll on my back, feet, legs and neck. Also, the shop was very hot, my lunch break was short (20 minutes) and I found it very difficult to do the same mundane task over and over again. Today I quit. Was I justified in doing so? The pay was good but after two days of work I felt as though I needed a chiropractor.

They are in great condition it just turns out that the reason he doesn't use the company anymore is because he didn't pay his bill and the phone had to be shut off because when I call Customer Care from the phone it says the bill owed is $620. I called the guy and he said he was busy this weekend and would try to take care of it on Monday. What a bunch of crap I am going through! Sprint bascially said to me on the phone that he would have to pay his bill for the phones to be released. He wrote me an email stating that it was just as if I bought it at a yard sale and had no implied warranty or return policy. Yet I have his posting and emails saying the phone "worked" and was in great condition. Bascially implying the phones for "use" by me. What can I do? Do I have any legal options against this guy?

For crimes such as larceny and robbery, the phrase "permanently deprive" is used in the definitions I found. Does this mean that a crime can only be labeled as larceny or robbery if the perpetrator has no intent to return the stolen object(s)?
If someone were to "borrow" and object of yours for temporary use and without your consent, what would it be labeled as? Theft?

I have been incarcerated for attempted armed robbery and I can't seem to get a job now. I had no problem before so why am I having such a hard time now. I've had interviews with places some two interviews but the minute they find out I have a felony its like they don't even care to talk to me anymore.

Yesterday I went to a beauty supply store and just as I was about to enter I looked to my right and saw a huge, window sized photo of myself from a hair magazine photo shoot I'd done a year ago. I gave the actual stylist permission to use the photo at her salon but not this store. Is it legal for this store to have my photo up without my permission? I decided not to enter the store after I saw my photo. Should they have to pay me?

what if upon reading e mail of ex husband it is doscovered that he was an accessory to a crime ie he had gone with someone to beat them up at work and he admitted he beat a 3 uear old child and threw them against the wall, would that e mail be admissible in court if it was discovered by looking at his e mail when he left the passwaords on the ex wifes computer??

Due to speeding and non payment of fines. They told him he would become licensed again in 3 months. He seems to think he will be able to get a new license in NYC. I told him no. What do you think. He has not gone to the motor vehicle office yet.

Is it still possible for Americans to kidnap and lock someone up with out being charged with a crime or brought to a court?
And if not are the Americans who carry out these crimes themselves immune from prosecution.

Let's say that one man killed his wife.He is sentenced to death by (something). The goverment murder this man, and there are people watching it. Wanting it to happen.
If you belive in God, do you really think that in Gods eyes it matters who made the first murder?

Another man gets framed for a murder. He is spitted on, treated like an animal in a cage and finally he gets executed by hanging. One year later new information comes up that prove his innocense. How do you explain this to the mans mother?

Don't get mad now, I mean no harm. I just find this matter interseting.

My sister and my mom payed for his stuff while he was in jail and they sent him money for stuff there. I don't like to see them fight and Uncle George is cool. Can they call the cops and send my uncle back to prison if he is on parol and don't have the money to pay them?

I always shop at ebay to buy stuff that I need. Most sellers I dealed with were pretty good. Even tho we don't communicate much, at least they would ship out my items asap. But this ebay seller, albertmacaw....lol I really want to call him ebay noob! He won't apologize when he delayed my shipment for nearly 3 weeks (and I still haven't receive it yet) . I've been sending him numbers of email since 6/4/2007, and he finally replied me on 6/20/2007. I even tried to be nice telling him where the problem is and suggesting where he needs to improve in order to keep his customers. But does he ever care? I cut and paste all the messages into 1 gif file so you guys can see how rude this seller is. (Polly = me, Bob = seller)

1. About Indiraji, when she dismembered Pakistan , was praised as 'Durga' by Atal Behari Bajpai himself. Very soon, that Durga
showed her "vikraal roop" through Emergency equally to friends & foes.


2. As for Mme Sonia, she has no intellect, erudition, patriotism , bravery or valor even in the minimum. She personifies harsh vindictiveness, egocentricity, dishonesty , mendacity,utter selfishness ,falsehoods & a tendency to resort to song & dance at the drop of the hat.
By fluke, she won power for the dilapitated Congress , & they are now worshipping her as Durga. Next time she will be in the dustbin, they will be the first to ditch her.

I need to file a Criminal case in India over land/property matter. I am a PIO living in UK. Can someone preferably lawyers tell me the steps needed to be taken to file a criminal case? Also can I assign a power of attorney to someone there to file the suit and if need be, also attend hearings on my behalf? At what point would my physical presence be required in a criminal case?
