The world is getting violent every year, it might get so bad that we all someday might need to carry some sort of weapon for our protection.

The constitution says eveyone has the right to bear arms so if we had a clean record and got a weapons permit to carry what weapon would you choose be specific. If not a gun what other device would you carry???

This shouldn't surprise me, but it did nevertheless. They really have no shame. In past years, they have tried to market themselves as patriotic cogs in our war machine. They've made commercials with their employees smiling alongside soldiers. In the corporate world, loyalty ends at the bottom line.

Good Morning ~

My boyfriend purchased a townhouse a few years back and now wants to put the deed into my name and remove his name. How do I go about doing this? Plus, my credit is not that great, is this doable? It's basically the deed/house is under my name, but he is still on the original mortgage loan? Correct.
Am I making sense?

Thanks-

As stated in our divorce decree, my ex-wife was supposed to either pay off 50% of our joint debt or refinance in her name (removing me from the accounts). I paid my half with proceeds of the sale of our home but she hasn't paid off or refinanced her portion ($8,000+) and has not made any atttempt to pay off the balances for 3 years. Since these debts still show on my credit report, my credit is now in shambles, I can't even rent an apartment. What steps can I legally take to retify the situation and rebuild my credit?

Gun control has been successful in other countries such as England, Canada, and Australia. We all know that NRA money is going to our legislators through lobbyists. The right to bear arms no longer applies to our times. The only people that need guns are law enforcement people. Why does someone need a pistol or automatic weapon to hunt rabbits?

i own a small shop...there was a small error in a receipt that was given to a customer. in due respect i sincerely apologized for the mistake, and corrected it myself immediately. the b*tch begun to insult me infront of my staff, making me feel like an a**. she did not want my apology. infact she just felt the need to insult me and my integrity as a manager. i need to make her pay. this is the second time she is doing it. the first time she insulted my staff, for no reason at all. how can i stop her from doing it a third time?as a manager do i just sit back and take in all that trash! after all the customer is always 'right'? or do i just stop her from buying things from the shop? any ideas? i do not want to look like a wimp infront of my staff...and i also do not want to lose my business...its just 5 months old?
