I was using a friend's van in the condo complex where I rent. I used it for 6 days. That evening, I went to return it and it was gone. The mgr said the HOA had it towed away because they didn't know who it belonged to. The only signs posted are "Private Property" signs. There are no signs posted that there is a limited number of days to park. My friend is out of the country for one month. The towing company said to get back the van he would have to show up with I.D. and his van registration. (when it rains it pours) Can I sue the HOA or the towing company to get back the money I have to pay to eventually get back the van?

Parents agreed to have names taken off deed to house and allowed third party to take all the profit. Unless Medicaid makes an exception, they may have to pay for months of their Nursing Home care when needed. Is the party guilty of exploitation responsible to pay back the ill-gotten gain or is their jail time involved. I just don't know.

After comparing the limited information received from farmacists about filled prescriptions with what is discovered upon a quick resaearch online, it seems that the adverse reactions and side effects are often understated on the packege. Should a more comprehensive piece of literature be included with filled prescriptions, and is there a law requiring it so?

If I drive over the speed limit...if I drink and drive....if I jaywalk...the police will make me pay and the government will back them. It seems that if a government is choosing which laws it enforces then all laws are void. If we are a "country of laws" the second that all are not punished then all laws have no backing. If a police officer is speeding without lights on or going to an emerg., why can't he get a ticket from me. If he/she passes me and I am going the limit, then they have to be speeding. Just wondering why some laws are ok to overlook while others aren't.

I am seriously thinking of starting an employment agency to help ex-cons find gainfull employment. There would need to be a tough and binding contract that the ex-con agrees to and signs that states that they know their employment is contengent on full obedience of all laws and that the slightest violation of law can result in termination without recourse.

I also would want the prospective employers to agree that they cannot exclude any type of crime unless it has a direct impact on the type of work the ex-con would be doing. For example, a bank robber could not work with money, a child molester could not work around children.

Can anyone here help me with the wording of these things?

My landlord is trying to claim "smoke damage" for the odor of smoking in the apartment I vacated. Since there was nothing in the lease designating it as "non-smoking" I maintain that this is not damage, but normal wear and tear.

I was involuntarily terminated (or fired) from Wells Fargo Bank in March 2007 reason was for a supervisors mistake that led to a forced balance of a cash drawer and no i did not steal money. I still have not found work, I have pending denial security clearances for a job I was offered through the government. I'm a veteran of the armed services and of the Iraqi Freedom Era. I receive benefits through them, but it is not enough. They have refused my requests for Vocational Therapy to help me find work, turned down requests for upper benefits. I have now fallen behind on bills, can hardly do anything for rent. Have submitted over 200 resumes and applications. Done at least 30 interviews and still no job. What did Wells Fargo do to me how does being fired do this to me. I need help can anyone help me give me advice please!!!!!!!!!11

Hello
Did you face Internet scam?
In your opinion: why it happens? And how we fight this rising fraud?
Do you think laws are enough for fighting it?
Can breeding (generally) or religious breeding (particularly) help in preventing us from it in future?
Thank you very much

The idea behind the question is to form an online association whereby American Taxpayers can come together through the internet and express their concerns, beliefs, support, and / or disapproval for how our tax dollars are being spent and misappropriated.

The Politicians that decide how our tax dollars are spent know that most of us feel that our one single voice does not make much of a difference and therefore do not put much emphasis if someone voices their opinion or concern for how tax dollars are being spent.

However, if 10 million tax payers voice their concern through an online forum, the politicians cannot just overlook our concerns. They'll have to stop and pay attention to our concerns as a large single entity instead of a fragmented group of people.

Research shows that most of us are reluctant to stand up and voice our opinions because we feel it will not have an impact.

I'd like to see what type of interest there is in forming this type of association?

Ok, this is a series of questions I have concerning the Libertarian philosophy and its practical application.

-#1 The EPA

The Environmental Protection Agency is reponsible for writing and enforcing standards for the release of pollutants into the environment and how land is used in connection with watershed areas. Air ,water, and land. In the Libertarian ideal society would the EPA still exist? If not where would responsibility for protecting the environment lie? The air isn't 'owned' by anyone, it's for the use of everbody, same with water. Who would be responsible for the public good?

Do the new changes really represent the majority of the US society's voters? Could this empower & monopolize the capitalists or a particular socially privileged group? Can US citizens ensure that their personal information is not being released abusively and really for security purposes? Have their inalienable rights been violated? Could someone clarify what the new changes are?
