Hard to tell.
Supposedly FDR did have an affair going, if the "press" or the Republicans had gone after him for it I hope he would have released all the dirt he had on their private lives--the "press", too, to shut em up and force them to mind their own G.D. business.

Persian Gulf War, given the facts, he probably would have done like Bush 1 did--clear the invaders from Kuwait but leave Iraq itself alone. However, he might have been able to discourage Saddam from invading Kuwait in the first place.

Iran hostage crisis, probably tried to rescue em like President Carter did, but with a huge and intimidating military force.

Protecting Social Security, I would hope very much that he would jail anybody who wanted to privatize it. The way to make it solvent is to tweak it--raise retirement age to reflect the longer life spans today than in 1933.

Space exploration, go for it, I think. It would have fit in as a New Deal employment opportunity and eventually it will pay off. Big time. Very big time, the biggest pay off ever--able to own an entire planet, incalculably valuable to whoever does own it (Mars most likely) in the future.

US industry competing--I would hope that he would have never permitted the concentration of monopolies we have today, would never have permitted companies to ship jobs overseas, would never have signed trade deals that are disadvantageous to this country.

Its an interesting question, but you can't really tell for sure. He was not perfect, he made some mistakes--the Japanese internment for one, but for the most part he was a very wise leader who got the best advice he could rather than just run off on a foolish tangent.
