They are in Sussex. What used to be public land with public access now becomes private property.

What is even worse is that the "Rights of Way" across the land are not legally done properly and the new owners even warn you off these bits of land.

Those people who chuck a pile of unaddressed, unstamped leaflets through your letter box.
Surely it is littering on private property

O.K. Here is the thing. One of my good friends is going through a divorce. They are both from Trinidad, the child was born on American soil, has an American birth certificate, she has an American student visa, and all of that. Well, the husband is a not so good person if you know what I mean. Well, they are in county court and seeing a no good county court judge to say the least. The only thing I do not understand in this trial is that the judge has seen how much the husband has lied about his money, his child support, and all of the things he has done to her in the past. Well, the court is willing to grant her custody. Only if she moves out of the country. I wasn't for sure whether or not a county judge had the authority to move someone out of the country in a divorce and custody hearing. It doesn't make any sense at all. Isn't there a way to see another judge?

Maybe I am confused with what it means to be a dictator, but I thought Saddam had total leadership? Why then are we hanging everyone that ever worked for him? Did you hear one was "accidentally" decapitated during hanging? His sons were killed mostly for being rapists, with no trial? How are *we* not the police state with a dictator?

I was forced into retirement by the IRS in retaliation for having made complaints to my elected representatives of
certain abusive and illegal practices being used to attempt to
force me to pay a tax debt owed by my wifes former spouse.
My health has been destroyed, and I am now terminally ill with
a degenerative heart condition, resulting from 6 years of this
callous, unrelenting harassment. I was told that unless I paid,
I could lose my job, or I could have my wages garnished.
Despite filing chapter 7 in which my spouses student loans
were also listed and discharged, the government has now
seized my tax refund as well as my SSDI payment. As a result,
I face eviction from my home due to inability to pay rent, as well
as inability to buy medication that I need to live, among a list
of other consequences too long to list.
If there is a law firm out there who could help, or if anyone has any ideas at all, I am truly desparate.

I've waited at my daughter's flat for BT to arrive and connect the phone. And they've still not arrived. They said between 8am and 1pm. I left at 2.30pm and still not a bt bod in sight. I think we should be able to get a reduction to the cost of connection/charges for every hour they're overtime. In fact dont you think that any service or company that claim they will arrive at a specific time and dont contact you as to reason why they're delayed etc should be charged for their incompetence? They would not hesitate to penilise us for a revisit.

My ex-boyfriend filed an Order of Protection against me saying he fears for his safety. I have never physcially harmed him in anyway or threatened him in anyway. We have had are share of arguments but I have never harmed him. He says I am harrassing him and have made up a "delusional relationship" with him. I have moved on and found a new boyfriend who I am finally happy with. How do respond to this? What if I don't respond? I don't feel comfortable in the same room as him. If anyone should feel threatened it should be me. There were several incidents in our relationship where I feared for my safety. I am at a loss of what to do.

My brother has a small business in Louisiana that sells fountains named "Fountains of Youth". He has been opened about two years. He recently broke up with his girlfriend and to be spiteful she trademarked the name, even though she has no intentions of opening a fountain store, and is now demanding he cease use of "her" name. What can he do?
