Why Traffic Police are not charging for teens?

Why do most of police don't charge the teen girls for non licence??? It's fuc*ing stupidity to charge only boys! Girls to race with us!

really even my sis has no license now, she's 20, but she says "IF I SMILe, the cops will leave me", I hate these things!

If I was a cop and you spoke to me like that, I'd write you a ticket, too.
