You have an exec type guy(no it ain't me)who makes bank. Near his office is a deli. There is a girl he been flirting with for months. She knows he makes bank. They hook up for some dates. On the 5th date she suggest going to the industrial area for added spice. While parked among the factories away from traffic, she starts going down on him. During the act she clamps on his nards firm enough to cause discomfort. She tells him to empty his wallet and stuff the money down back of her Daisy Dukes into her thong. She say if he tries anything funny, pulling out, punchng her etc, she will bite it off, and clamps her teeth on his swipe hard enough to let him know she means business. After he stuffs her thong she hops out and disappears. He knows she still works the deli but he is embarrassed to report it. Should he? What would be the crime? And would he be taken seriously?

I've been doing research on the computer, trying to find more information about health law and what exactly you do with a law degree specializing in health law. I haven't found a lot of information though. I plan to get some books on the subject, but until then, can anyone help me find info about it online?

I bought the car almost 3 weeks ago.

and theyre are penalties and payments still due towards the car and the dmv will not allow me to register it into my name until he has had that other person's name transfered into his.
I asked him about it. and he told me that the dmv forgot to transfer the files.
YEAH RIGHT!!!

can i sue him?can he be prosecuted?
because now the car he sold me broke down, the engine blew . He said that it's my fault and i caused the damages. thats ridiculous!!! He's the one who was giving false advertisement. And he doesnt want to refund my money. $5000

I dont think he was honest with me from the start. And If the car was registered in my name it would be a different story. I would take care of the repairs ect.... i really feel like he betrayede me. And i dont think that i am responsable for the way the car is acting. he told me it was in SUPERB condition!

how can i go about handeling this??? and taking this to a superior court?

My family and I were on vacation in Florida during March of 07 when one night my dad got pulled over. The police officer informed him that there was a warrant for his arrest from Ohio (where we used to live) for open dumping. They said the warrant was issued on September of 06. They arrested him and said it was a no bond warrant. The only information we recieved was the open dumping took place on some property we used to rent. We moved from that property in august of 2005. My question is how can they issue a warrant for that when we havent lived there in over a year? We were not informed there was a warrant out for his arrest either. There have been so many other people on that property since we moved. What is Open Dumping? The only thing we could think of is a sewer line breaking. Also we lived in ohio at the time this warrant was issued so why didnt they come get him or send a notice? Basically he is being falsley accused. They have no proof of this open dumping. What can we do?

My son is being mistreated, he has never left school before, something happend and all he say is that mama I needed to get away. His teacher was on the cell phone at the time. My son left the school there is no gate that seperates the school and the neighborhood. He walked along side of a busy highway and near a huge lake. No one knew at the school that my son was even gone. I feel like the lady who was so kind called the school and told them that a little boy in a school uniform was walking in her neighborhood. I may not have ever found my son the houses in that neighborhood or so big, he could have gotten kidnapped, killed, ranned over or even drowned in the lake. I thank God that the lady called and informed the school. I also have reports of students jumping on my son and no one doing anything about it but if he fight back they suspend him and now things are getting worse. They did not call me unitl they just could not find him, I wouldn't even known. My son was gone from 1245-2:15

So there is the guy I know that who is 23 that is "seeing" this 17 year old girl. Does anyone know that laws of Texas on this. Isn't there supposed to be only a 4 year difference on it? I am just trying to see it through the eyes of the law and not by opinions, the law might be more lenient to him than I want to be

So i recently found out that i remind my in laws of my husbands ex girlfriend. I always had that feeling but i kept it to myself. Well recently shopping my mother in law wants to paint the babys room before the baby comes and i am having a girl and i love the color purple and i suggested purple and my mother in law and my sister in law both said really loud "NO" i was a little hurt and turned to my husband and told him well you go ahead and pick the color than my in laws were telling me how my hubbys ex girlfriend loved the color purple and this and that and what she did and i reminded them that i was joking when i said it and i left it at that.
