As you job could be at stake , i would mention them now.(perhaps say you hadnt realised that these may be counted)
Im sure they will respect your honesty.
Unless its a driving job you shouldnt have a problem.
Good luck

I am not sure where u are and what some of the alpha denotations are but==when asked about feliny convictions, always tell the truth. In the united states the answer can mean whether or not you keep your job and you sure do not want to be fired and have the reason be that you lied on an application. If the conviction was more than 5 yrs old here in the u.s., it might not show up, unless they get into the federal records most companies will not pay to get those records. depending on the job you are seeking you might even put yourself into a felony just by lying about your conviction. If you are through with all the kind of things that get you into trouble, time to fess-up and make yourself the better man. Besides, do you really want to work for someone somewhere where you aren't wanted. I have a felony conviction and even though my employer says the will not hire an ex-offender, they hire me 8 years ago and today thin k I am an extremely valuable employee.

Are you UK based and are any "convictions" spent under the provisions of The Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974. It doesn't sound as if your transgressions actually resulted in criminal convictions. Try googling The act mentioned you may be surprised.

I registered with an employment agency and i was asked if i had any convictions - i told them that i had two fixed penalties - one for not having a tv licence and one for not wearing a seatbelt and they said that there was no need to tell companies because they arent the sort of convictions that they worry about - its more theft or more serious crimes

You are not a criminal, you've not been convicted for anything related to these penalties therefore you have not lied. Tell them if you wish but it should have no bearing on whether they employ you or not.

It depends on the laws of your state.
Some states limit asking about convictions to felonies and recent misdemeanors, in which case you are not required to answer anything beyond that.
If you want to be sure, check the laws of your state, or ask an attorney licensed in your state.

i dont think penalty points will count as a conviction as such.
they are more bothered about theft, knowing you might have sticky fingers would make them think again.
