Joined Chat "Pennsylvania 33(13)" and was harassed via tactics employed by "One_Evil_Bitch36, 43, 44, 45, 46, 47,"causing errors to purposely sabotage my pc. What legal action is warranted to stop this kind of abuse?

First off, leave the chatroom.
Second, you could block him.
And third, email the company or send them a letter
in comlaint.

Can you remember what she was wearing?Just kidding:)Was it a yahoo chat room?It happens a lot in there.The best thing you can do is to change your user profile and use another name.But you should also report this person.The reason I ask if it was a yahoo chat room then the only thing getting attacked is a program that turns off your yahoo messenger.If that is the case just log in from yahoo home page without turning on yahoo messenger.

There's a thing called the mouse ,that you just click and puff it's gone .
technology as come long way's ,instead of bothering the law with silly crap ,you have the choice to go to that room ,or just choose another one ,Oh i got one better ,turn off the Effing computer .

Cathy S. gave you the reasonable actions. Don't get your panties in a knot over this stuff--it is not really possible to harass or bully someone over the Internet--you just ignore and block them.

I don't think that harassment report will do anything.
It's your fault you joined the chatroom fully knowing that there might be someone there who will do something like that.
it's like complaining that you got lung cancer after you've been smoking for a couple years.
