I have a "formula" to make homemade fragmentation grenades. Are they legal?

depends what country you live in. I would imagine that most countries they are. I live in the UK and theyre illegal here. In the US it varies as state, local and federal laws may prohibit it. In most of Europe theyre probably illegal as well
