The law should concentrate on 50 + year old Mormon Polygamists marrying 14 year old girls before rounding up 20something men for dating 17 & 18 year olds.

Seeing is fine. Dating is fine. Hanging out together is fine.
Depending upon the specific state laws, holding hands and kissing may even be fine.
But a person over the age of sexual cosent having any sexual contact with a person under the age of consent (which may be different than the age of majority) is committing statutory rape.

i life in texas and my sister date with a 21 year old guy and she was only 17 and everything turn out ok but its ok for a 23 to see a 17 at long he don't rape her
