Social Security has me down as being born in 73 when I was really born in 85. You might think this was cool cuz it'd make me eligible for benefits earlier than if they had my real age, but the discrepancy makes it impossible for me to get a driver's licence. Luckily I live in NY where I don't really need one, but that would mean I could never move out of the city. I applied for a correction twice in the last 6 months and they won't change it. I've read all these horror stories of people in the same predicament and they end up stuck without any change. I read one case where a person was able to fix the problem by having a judge write a court order for them. How can I do that? (Yes, they already have my birth certificate and passport proving my real dob, but post 9-11 proof doesn't seem to be good enough for them to make their change) Anyone know a judge?

I have read the Patriot Act, and from what I can gather and comprehend, it is a loophole to our 4th Amendment Rights. Correct me if I am wrong. Thanks.

When you think about it. Who best to show the younger girls about such things? Young boys who do not understand? Or grown men who have a level head on their shoulders?

and had 3 cracked windshields in 8 months? Everywhere she goes something (according to her) is not right. From the car wash to her bank-she says the bank is taking her automatic deposit and not posting it on time and making her have --balances.Something about the windshields is suspicious. She has had serious problems with every hospital and urgent care in the county. She has the same doctor my husband has and told the doc to change my husbands meds?? She even wrote out a diet plan for the drs. nurse. Here's the problem, I don't want to think I'm stupid but she is covering all this by a so-called spiritual awakening and spews bibical verses and talks about holiness --is this a cover up or is the old gal really trying --she has asked for loans but no go for this country girl. Her boyfriend listens in on all her phone conversations now and I really want to believe and give her the benefit of the doubt but I need some input????

The world is over crowed and we must do something about it. If we don't, then we'll going to kill it. We need to stop producing so many offspring. So, why don't we start a mandatory abortion program? Perhaps every other child needs to be aborted. We can even have it applied retroactively for the past ten years or so. Wouldn't this solve many of our problems?

Canadian are known to the people of the World as the most dishonest Nations...they do cheat in everything...Just look to the World games records and see how many times Canadian players have been arrasted and disqualfied for cheating...ALL of us recalling Ben Johnson cheating in Germany 1998!...

The other types of Canadian Cheatings that I find by reseach in the Intermet are: trespass of Banks' Data in such that the Govermnet stolen founds from the acounts:

I read somewhere that you must submit a document once a month prooving what the balence is in your bank account (which is understandable), but are they allowed to see if you made a few trips the the grocery store, or to Walmart, or if you you stopped to McDonalds a few times, or rented a few movies from Blockbuster, or if you paid anything on the rent or utilities and if you did... how much? To me, if it is true, it sounds a little sneaky, deceiving, and a violation of privacy. I know that when you file for bankruptcy, you sacrifice some of your privacy, but I don't know, this sounds like it's a little too far. But above all, I feel that I have a right to know, as the trustee should be charged with the responsibility to tell me. My attorney can't clairify on this.

everyday we see tons and tons of commercial, some are really agressive for the human consicence. Futhermore It reduces the appearance of small markets and we dont know the real effects of a human beeing constantly exposed to advertizing. Sure I understand the economic aspect behind the matter...(tv, radio, and sponsorship its essential..) but lets put that aside and just look at the question and ask if the morality behind the advertizements is right?..on one hand, one have the freedom to sell you anything as long as it does not harm you( my argument there is just one's gotta be able to judge what is right for him or what is wrong, and this is not their problems if they fool you because you are free to choose) but on the other hand, the power and the tools that compagny have could be so powerful that some day it' will fool anybody..even the smartest( I push to the extreme just to show my point).. So were do we have to draw the line? here's my question..I'll be very interrested to know!

Several months ago I loaned a friend a large amount of money with the promise he pay me back each and every month. And he did for the first three months, and then stopped paying me, and stopped talking to me. He doesn't respond to me trying to contact him either. I sent a registered letter the other day, and got the receipt back. Anyway, I am looking for a law student who would be willing to take my case to court for me for a very low fee, or no fee. I am looking for the return of my money, whatever it takes. Even if it means attaching his paycheck each week until this is paid off. I explained to him that I also have bills to pay, but this made no difference to him either. Now I know why he couldn't get a loan himself. He can't deny the loan, because I made out one of my personal checks, and he signed it for his bank to deposit. it was for a down payment on a house, which he never got either. Any help would be appreciated.
