First of all the 'System' is corrupt. We must come with a totaly New System that fits 21 & 22 Centuries. With the old and harmful Systems of past centuries we have to toll to fight with corruption. In the New System the Goverment budget would be decease by %90 and all Private Companies would handel the jobs of the Goverment..for example if there was accident..police, attorney general and judge would NOT get involved...it woud be handel whole by insurance companies...and the Goverment would NOT force the insurance Law.
In Canada I discovered thousands different types of corruptions among Canadian and Government:
1- Never ever allow a clerk, manager, minister, member of board stay in their position more than one or two years...
For example in Toronto many Chief Judges...members of Board of my condominium never changed...we must wait until they die...
Changes should be in such to send them to other cities...or at least other part of city..not from one office in one building to other...
2- NO CASH or Cheuqe...Never allow any judge, lawye, clerk..police...directly receive money as fine...filing fee ...so all Government offices must be planned in such to NOT receive any money....people must pay money to BANKS...and give receipt to Goverment ...for example in Toronto, judges, lawyers, clerks never give recept for money or document they receive...or they never return Change..for example if I give $100 bill and they must return $50 or $20 they would never...and if I ask for it...they would saboatge my file...
3. Encourage self governing instaed of corporation or govermental control...for example in Toronto the public transport is controled by Government and always claim loses...while if it was private had much better service and much cheaper... or buidings are governs by Managment companies who are mostly corrupt...if they run by owners it would be much cheaper and much better services the costs of 'My' one bedroom unit in Toronto is about $7000/year.
4. Cerate independent Inspectors having power to inspect each office Without Notice and have power to arrest corrupt judges, lawyers, doctors and clerks...on spot.
5. Build school, high school and college that trains 'Judges' Only and make fully indepent judicary system...with highest power...
Judges should Never be selected among lawyers...
6. Make the Goverment as small as possible...allow self govering..deny all requests form Ministers for extra budgets.
7. Every month discharge certain Government servants, and continously decearse all budgets....except in Health & Education..
8. Force the Goverment's servants to Work Full 8 Hours...no breakfast & Lunch breacks for three Hours! They must pay for all their expenses for food and hotel...the Federal Goverment servants spending billions dollars for free lunch and the most expensive Hotels by taxpayers money. I was informed that everyday they through away 'not touch foods' in millions dollars value. re: Complaint against Federal Court & SIRC corruprion in Ottawa
9. Force all Goverment's emplyees have "Name Tags" and business card. Most of corrupt servants of Goverment in Toronto and Montreal refusing to give their names and if a citizen ask they harass...IF they know that people will write their names they would consider...and may not ask bribes...
10. Recognize the agents of influance in media, discharge them and allow media to High Light the Goverment's corruption, and make sure to disclose the final result...In Canada some time we hear few corrupt police or other employees were arrested ..but we never know the final results of the courts...
