No you cannot legally force your wife or any female for that matter to have an abortion. Unless at some point in time you had previously signed a written contract and have documentation of such an item. Or if your wife is mentally uncapable of making the decision herself. (In a coma, perhaps?) If she somehow has lost her speech, then she would still have to provide countless forms od written documentation proving that she was in a sound state of mind when she signed them. Abortion in the US is soley the woman's choice. (thank God!)
If your wife is expecting a child and for some reason you disagree with her bearing it, im sure that you two can comprimise something. FORCING her to abortion her womb though, could land you in jail for spousel abuse and possibly murder if the fetus is 5 months or over! Not to mention this is your CHILD we are talking about, why would you want to FORCE her to have an abortion? Is she a drug addict? If so the courts will just take the baby, otherwise you got a better chance getting a glass of ice water in hell kiddo.....
Next time; wear a condom...

There is not a lot of information in your question. Is this your wife? Is she of sound mind and body? Without all the facts it's hard for anyone to give a correct answer so I'll give you the common sense answer(which I'm sure you already know)
No, of course not. You cannot legally force your wife, or any woman for that matter, to have an abortion.
But, good news, she can legally leave you and then legally divorce you. Maybe that's best. Ummm, give it some thought.

No - and you shouldn't be able to - even pro-abortion advocates wouldn't stand behind you. The baby is in the woman's body. So, the question really is - can your wife legally force you to be abstinent towards her to avoid getting pregnant? That's just as ludicrious a question. If you didn't want kids - why didn't you simply get a vasectomy - simple, cheap, effective, easy - and you'll never have kids.

that is her physique and as a result her decision on if she is conserving it or no longer. Forcing her to abort will possibly no longer only destroy your marriage, yet could have criminal ramifications. regardless of the undeniable fact that, it is likewise your decision no count in case you prefer to be a factor of that infant's existence or no longer. you're able to make certain in case you experience strongly adequate to bypass away your spouse over it or no longer, yet the two way you're able to clarify what your determination would be if she has it. do no longer verbally abuse your spouse nevertheless. a super sort of the helpful marriages i've got seen have couples that even while offended do no longer call call, enhance different fights in the previous, or attempt and harm one yet another emotionally OR bodily. seems such as you have some anger matters and it sort of looks like in case you're only thinking of your self in this occasion you won't be waiting for marriage, a infant or maybe incredibly know what love is.

Can WHO legally force your wife to get an abortion?? Is your wife mentally competent? Is she under some kind of court order to not have any children? Not enough information here to intelligently answer your question.

Yes under one, and only one condition. Your wife is unable to make the decision herself, and you have power of medical attorney under a living will.
For example, your wife is pregnant, in a car accident, and in a coma. The doctor tells you she will die if he does not terminate the pregnancy. At that point you have the legal right to make the decision.
If she is capable of making the decision herself, not a chance.

no - and please dont try and force her into it - dont try and force her to do anything, if you sit down and discuss the pros and cons of having the baby and stress your concerns about having the baby then maybee she will decide that an abortion is the best option - but often, especially when you are married, abortion is not the best option and will probebly lead to your marrage being over.

Nope. And it's debatable whether a man would be able to stop her from having one as well -- there has been no precedent on that point.
You take that risk when you have sex. If you didn't want to get anyone preggers, there are vasectomies.
